  • As a hotel furniture supplier, we always ensure the smoothness and efficiency of the process and the safety of the furniture during the use of container loading. The following is the detailed process of container loading:
    1. Order preparation and inspection
    We first conduct a detailed order inspection. Check the quantity, type, size and other information of furniture in the order to ensure it is consistent with customer needs. At the same time, we will also confirm the special requirements in the order, such as the packaging method of the furniture, shipping time, etc.
    2. Container selection and preparation
    Based on the size and quantity of furniture in the order, we will select the appropriate container type and size. This includes standard containers, high containers, etc. to meet the loading needs of different furniture. When selecting a container, we also consider its quality and durability to ensure that the furniture is protected from damage during transportation.
    3. Cargo packaging
    For hotel furniture, especially fragile or sensitive parts, we will pack them carefully. Use bubble wrap, padding and other materials to wrap the furniture to prevent it from being bumped or squeezed during transportation. At the same time, we will also cover the surface of the furniture with a protective film to prevent scratches during loading and unloading.
    4. Packing and fixing
    During the packing process, we will develop a reasonable packing plan based on the size and weight of the furniture. According to the principle of big first then small, heavy first then light, the furniture is loaded into the container one by one. During the packing process, we will use ropes, straps and other tools to fix the furniture in the container to prevent it from sliding or tipping during transportation. In addition, we will also use the gaps in the containers to arrange furniture reasonably to ensure maximum utilization of space.
    5. Sealing and recording
    When all the furniture is loaded, we will seal the boxes. Use professional sealing tools to seal the container and install seals. At the same time, we will record the seal number, packing date and packing personnel information for subsequent tracking and inquiry.
    6. Customs declaration and transportation
    After the packing is completed, we will go through the customs clearance procedures and prepare all required documents, such as bill of lading, packing list, proof of value of the goods, etc. These documents will be used for customs inspection and shipment of goods. We then arrange suitable transport to deliver the furniture container to the Radisson Individual hotel's designated destination.
    7. Unloading and acceptance
    When the container arrives at its destination, we will inform the customer in advance to prepare for unloading and acceptance.
