I thought I bought an infraction v2( didn't inspect good enough 😕) when I got home noticed that wasn't no break servo.

I built the v3 - All carbon & aluminum, with 8s, bigg motor, the higher gp5/6 gearing & 107 hoons on the back.

That was a great informative video again Earl 👍😎 the only problem I can see if you use the handbrake on the spool is its going to lock up all the wheels 😮😲😂

If you want to fully convert it you need to change the pinion and spur gears in the front and rear diffs

Can you install the hand brake servo to a "Y" connector and then to the channel 2 slot on the receiver so it works in tandem with the motor braking? Sometimes after a lot of bashing the brakes start to fade so this would be a nice upgrade if you can use the handbrake on channel 2. It makes no sense to me to have the brake function by using an auxiliary channel/switch on the transmitter because this would cause slower reaction times by having to use a thumb or free finger to activate a switch.
No because the servo would move both directions just like a steering servo causing a big issue

Nice bro, I really need to get this brake system for my Limitless, cuz over 100mph, stopping that car was not easy lol. I had to chase the car down cuz it went out of sight 😂
That drive shaft bearing support, will it work with an 8mm shaft? I had to upgrade the shafts to 8mm after popping the rear one. Wasn't even going that fast, bout 87mhp. But it had a wobble to it causing it to oscillate & eventually snapping.

I'm currently dealing with trying to keep the car straight after 50% throttle after gearing up a bit. Didn't have that problem when running 34/34. I dropped the spur to 29 & the power is brutal now & causes it to veer right when trying to get past 50% throttle. May have to lock the diffs at this point.

Great videos, but if you were just curious how different it would handle and top speed. Wouldn't it of been easier to just put a limitless body on a V2 infraction?

Hey Earl I have a question there’s one thing you left out in the install that I was wanting information on you didn’t hook the wire from the servo up to the receiver. My question is does it go and auxiliary three and Does it really get installedBackwards meaning the negative and positive aren’t in the same locations as the Esc and Steering servo? Sorry for the long post but this information is really hard to fine I’ve only seen one other video and that’s where I seen it being installed backwards
It goes in any channel you want to use and set up to a button on your remote closes and easier to use while driving the rc all remotes are different 👍👍

Why is nobody programming the e-brake to work with “reverse” trigger? Motor brake can be calibrated and reverse rate is also calibrated. We only use like 10% of trigger to go reverse and we can set the e-brake to fully engage at 50% with reverse and also have electric brake or not. To “go” reverse isnt activated until we hit reverse TWICE . It’ll work just fine and it’ll save battery power and spare motor temps. You ever gone that rout? Would you be willing to do that project with a dual rate transmitter? It’ll make a great vid bcs noooooobody has done it yet.
