There are adjusters and it’s pretty easy to find. It’s under the shoulder pads

Hi. There is a flap that can lock in the up or down position. I usually keep it up.
How did you attach the handle from the old diaper bag to the stroller? Could you share a link for the little bag that is on the top?
Hi. I used some Velcro and wrapped it through the metal loops in the handles :)
