    Good morning and God Bless. I think Cowrie shells come from sea snails.

    Cowie shells are actually sea snails. They come from Hawaii.

    Wow! Thank you so much, Joyce! You have really helped me with this one. I've purchased these cowrie shells from HL. I like the hole, but you have to use such a large jump ring because of that hump in the back. Now I know how to get rid of it!!!!😊

    Joyce i have the ones without holes. How do I crack it open? Thank you.

    • @lajoytracreationsjoycemctierla
      @lajoytracreationsjoycemctierla  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Good morning June you want to find an object that can pierce the shell. Once you find something that can pierce the shell then you want to slowly drill like a little incision into it and you want to do that until you can make the hole big enough to use your wire cutters or it possibly may just crack the top part of the shell . Once you do that then you just take the wire cutters and go around it to smooth it out and of course you take your sandpaper and sand it down I hope this information has helped thank you so much for watching this tutorial and have a wonderful day.

    Do the real ones have two holes or one,cause I have some that feels like glass,they have two holes

    • @lajoytracreationsjoycemctierla
      @lajoytracreationsjoycemctierla  ปีที่แล้ว

      No I do have a question you see the one that I have it has one hole so yours have a hole at the top and then another hole down at the bottom correct
