    I figured out the problem for the motion folder not showing up, for certain newer versions of VMagicMirror you need to go to your documents and then find the app's folder there, inside there should be a motion folder, that's also how you make a custom mouse and keyboard.

      Thank you for sharing the solution to this! A lot of people weren't able to find the motions folder - I thought maybe the newer version doesn't have it for some reason (I haven't updated mine a while). thanks again!

      @@fazziesan5931 I was following the tutorial and it wasn't working. I'd never have guessed the folder would be there, since I installed VMagicMirror in an external hard drive. Thank you for the tutorial as well!

      @@cryptia Same! I'd never have guessed too! Checking the official docs before didn't say nothing about it being in a different location and all - now it does! Here's what it says in the official docs:
      Move exported motion file (.vmm_motion) into VMagicMirror’s folder.
      Check VMagicMirror’s version to place files correctly.
      v1.9.0 or later: (My Documents)\VMagicMirror_Files\Motions
      v1.8.2 or older: (VMagicMirror.exe folder)\Motions
      If the folder does not exist, please create new one.
      Great to see others helping each other out ^^

    Hi, I've followed the tutorial but when i try to import the .unitypackage from the link it doesn't load in the "baku" folder assets at all. I'm using Unity 2019.4.14f1.

      @91eddy91 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@fazziesan5931 Hey, I think i figured it out. But it seems to be quite complicated and couldn't yet fix it directly. So I went around the issue by using a Unity version that had UniVRM already loaded to install. Another channel, ReForge Mode - Unity Tutorials, suggested that solution. As far as could tell the .unitypackage from malaybaku was not installing due to some dependency issue involving a github dependency within the manifest.json of the motion exporter that is linked with UniVRM. When I try to resolve the github, MeshUtility#v0.62.0, it gives a 404 error. The other channel also mentioned that others have had issues installing UniVRM so I'm not sure if it is an isolated issue to me or something like i described above.
      Thanks for the quick reply. With the workaround I did manage to follow your tutorial in the end ^_^.

    • @fazziesan5931

      motion file....is that an mmd? if it is, then you'd need some way to convert it to fbx, because as far as I know, the vmagicmirror motion converter only converts fbx files.

    When importing the vmm motion file, there wasn’t a “Motions” folder in VMagicMirror. I created my own Motions folder in the same spot and moved the file there, but when opening VMagicMirror, nothing appears in the drop down menu. Is there a way to solve this?

    Very lucky to be able to see your video. It’s really great. I encountered a problem when using VMagicMirror. After importing the avatar, the two arms drooped and the movements were deformed. The same is true for repositioning in time. I can’t find the answer. May I ask What software should I use to correct or repair?
