Josh Barnett has to be the King of MMA. He was a UFC fighter, K1, Bare Knuckles Championship competitor, World Class Jujitsu competitor and Catch Wrestler. He’s fought many of the world champions in combats sports. That’s some credentials. Thanks Josh for all the entertainment and excitement you brought to combat sports!

The position that Josh has on him. What is that? I’d think of it as inside honey hole, but I’d like to learn about nomenclature if anyone has something to say.

@@Requital94 so if I triangle a dude’s legs from the outside, it’s honey hole, but if I do it from the inside, it’s 50/50?

Josh is a master of violence, yet one of the nicest human beings off the mat. He taught a seminar at my school and every single student loved it. The post-seminar feedback was amazing. The takedowns and lock flow he taught are now part of our curriculum. I recommend not only buying his instructional, but attending one of his seminars in person.

Josh Barnett, the kind of guy who looks scarier with age... Imagine coming across him in his 50s... even more grizzled and gnarly. But then he opens his mouth and you're like what... an intellectual barbarian?

Josh is simply amazing. His creds speak for themselves, but he's also a PHENOMENAL instructor. Clear, to the point, great with details & descriptions, the whole 9. It's 1 thing to have the knowledge & know how to work it, but conveying it is a different beast. Josh don't have that problem.
