Bois D'arc Lake Aug 2023. Checking out the Southeast side of the lake

Looking at the other side of the lake from the Bois D'arc Bungalows. 2 developments have been approved (Peninsula and Belle Vie). 30 acres has been approved (of the 80 total acres) for the 1st phase of Belle Vie. The Peninsula sold 150 lots in less than 90 minutes. Hoping to open the lake this Fall if Mother Nature plays ball.
