Welcome to Bois D'arc Bungalows. Unique 4-cabin property, 13 acre property in Telephone, TX. Walking distance to the newly built Bois D'arc Lake. Included in the rental is access to the meeting area which includes a second kitchen, a covering to visit, play pool, games and darts. An additional full bathroom and a second place to eat and visit. There is a 5 hole disc golf course on the property, volleyball court and kids play area so everyone can enjoy.

Put in some mini splits into the BDB. Replacing window units with a mini split for the Bonham Cabin. Added two mini splits to the 2-story we are finishing out.

Looking at the other side of the lake from the Bois D'arc Bungalows. 2 developments have been approved (Peninsula and Belle Vie). 30 acres has been approved (of the 80 total acres) for the 1st phase of Belle Vie. The Peninsula sold 150 lots in less than 90 minutes. Hoping to open the lake this Fall if Mother Nature plays ball.

Well-built 2-story needs to be finished out. We've put septic and finishing out the inside. We are adding a RV-hookup with 50 amp power and septic.

It's a damn shame what was done here. Pushed out all the generation s of farmers to create a lake for the already over populated metroplex. Go back to wherever you came from.

Where did you get the 3 feet to go number from?
Although the lake is full at 534 ft, word has it that NTMWD was looking at possibly opening at 532. We are currently at 529 ft.
