Thank you!! Fall in Many Glacier is amazing and one of the reasons for that is due to a huge decrease in traffic. We didn't see a single person on the hike up to the lake. Many enjoying the trail later in the day, as they should 👍⛰
this is one of my fav hikes in Glacier, especially nice when we have been fortunate to have a room at Many Glacier Lodge, which i bet was closed when yall did this? I was surprised not many others on the trail with your video. Thanks for sharing
Dramatically different than when we visited in August 4 years ago--so empty! It was a superhighway of hikers then. Must have been 50 people at Iceberg Lake. Great video. Keep up the good work!
Just came across your channel and love it! I love how in the videos you actually put captions on which mountain is which instead of just saying "over there is Mount XXX" New subscriber, keep up the great videos, I know they can be a pain to make sometimes.
Love the mirror image of Iceberg Lake. Do you guys have a website where we could purchase prints? Looked again at your videos last night taken at Moab, Utah. Sandstone images just fascinate me. What nature creates is amazing!
Such incredible and inspiring videos you two make. I was wondering if you always sound off when going through thicker cover for bears? It seems like I have only heard you do it on a few occasions in your videos...also, have you ever listed the equipment you like to use, especially the water filtration that you have?
Thank you. We use the MSR mini works filter with a steripen as a backup. We tend to make noise when we feel like it is warranted in bear country. We also are mindful of the tranquility that many hikers look to enjoy. Enjoy the wilds!
Such beautiful scenery. Great camera work. What time of year was this for you to not be afraid of bears within the tall grass? Currently planning our October trip.
It was in the fall - exact date is in the video. Bears are ALWAYS a threat - even in the winter. They can come in and out of hibernation. Enjoy your time.
Another great video it looks like you have the trail all to yourselves. Nice catch with the bear

Early bird gets the worm. Happy trails.

Did it years ago and it's a stunning setting.

Just one more question: what video/camera gear do you usually use?@@nolanventures473
GoPro 11 with a Mefoto backpacker air tripod.

11 miles to and back or just going to Iceberg?
11 miles is out and back. Thank you and enjoy the wilderness!
awesome vid. are bears easily scared?
Depends on the bear. Some yes…some no. Thank you for watching and enjoy the wilds.
Is that Iceberg Lake?
Yes it is.
