Wrong Judge......the parents bought the furniture for the daughter!!! Its the daughters furniture, if she moves she takes her furniture with her!! Mom you gave her the furniture now your taking it back and kicking her out of her bedroom. Daughter comes before your sister!! Judge what a huge disappointment you sided with the mom, that furniture was bought for the daughter.....your soooooo WRONG judge😢

Mother was terrible and disrespectful to her daughter. That was her room while staying in college. Where was her clothing, furniture to go, into a storage place? Mom, your daughter now hates you for the rest of her life. You will never see her go down the aisle and never see the grandkids. You never put your sister above your own children.

  • @lillianwilliams5510
    @lillianwilliams5510 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +12

Mother didn't discuss the situation with her daughter.
The sister could have slept on the couch. If the daughter was away at college. I CAN UNDERSTAND THE AUNT SLEEPING IN HER DAUGHTER'S ROOM BUT TO FORCE YOUR DAUGHTER TO REMOVE HER BELONGINGS FROM WHERE SHE HAD LIVED WAS WRONG. THE FAMILY COULD HAVE HELPED THE SISTER GET A ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT. HOW OLD WAS THE NEPHEW
IT IS GOOD THE FATHER WAS AVAILABLE AND THE DAUGHTER IS LIVING WITH HER FATHER.
IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER FOR THE DAUGHTER TO LIVE WÌTH HER FATHER AND GET NEW FURNITURE FOR THE Aunt.
    THE MOTHER WAS WRONG.
    WHY IS JUDGE YELLING.
THEY COULD HAVE GOT TWIN BEDS OR THE SISTER COULD HAVE SLEPT WITH THE SISTER SISTER AND THE NEPHEW COULD HAVE SLEPT ON THE COUCH
I CAN UNDERSTAND THE FATHER AND HOW HE FELT.
THERE IS A LOT OF TENSION AND RESENTMENT. I THINK JUDGE was aggressive and not really understanding the defendant's emotions
The mother was WRONG IN HOW SHE HANDLED HER DAUGHTER'S FEELINGS
IT IS OBVIOUS THE PLANTIF PLAYED HER DAUGHTER .
DIDN'T THE SISTER HAVE A JOB
I TRULY UNDERSTAND HELPING FAMILY BUT OUR IMMEDIATE FAMILY HAS TO BE CONSIDERED.
    I. HAVE BEEN IN SIMILAR SITUATIONS AND IT LEAVES BAD FEELINGS.
I ASSUME THE AUNT IS STILL LIVING WITH THE PLANTIF
SOME INSURANCE WILL PAY FOR HOTEL STAY OR FAMILY CAN HELP TRY TO FIND A TEMPORARY PLACE TO LIVE.
ASSUMING THE SISTER ISNT MARRIED, OR NO OTHER RELATIVES. I THINK THE FATHER REACTED AS MOST CARING FATHER WOULD
THE DEFENDANT SEEMS TO BE PUNISHED FOR NOT BEING COMPASSIONATE BUT I DARE SAY. SHE CAME HOME and the aunt and cousin had moved in, without her knowledge.
Yes in a crisis. IMMEDIATE assistance is needed and families should be able to discuss who is going to help.financially and other ways.
They could have got a futon or cot sleep sofa
It wasn't poor parenting but poor judgment on the mother.
She could have called the father herself.
I feel the mother has often put her sister ahead if her own family.
The plantif wasn't nice to her daughter and realized in the end she may have lost her daughter. JUDGE MADE THE DEFENDANT SEEM LIKE THE VILLAN. ONLY THE FATHER HEARD WHAT HIS DAUGHTER SAID.
SHE IS 20 YEARS OLD.NOT 10. SHE WAS VERY CALM AND MATURE IN THE ÇOURTROOM BUT BECAME SAD AND TOOK ALL THE BLAME IN THE HALLWAY.
I DARE SAY THE AUNT TOOK OVER THE ENTIRE HOUSE.
I PRAY FOR THE DEFENDANT. SHE SEEMS TO BE A VERY NICE AND MOSTLY MATURE.
I PRAY SHE AND HER MOTHER AND AUNT CAN HAVE A BETTER RELATIONSHIP BUT I FEEL SHE MAY WANT TO STAY WITH HER FATHER until the aunt moves or she graduates from college.
This was a shame and I think the judge was wrong in her judgment. It is still the daughters furniture( they bought it for her)and she is having to give up her room and furniture for her aunt. Not a good judgment. Judge lake and Judge Milan and Mathis are all becoming like JERRY SPRINGER AND JUDGE JUDY WHO WAS THE WORSE.
RATINGS ARE GOING TO GO DOWN.

I disagree with the judge about the parenting situation. I agree with her ruling. The mother is wrong. Yes, the girl should return the furniture, being that it is the mom. I would want my children to take their furniture no matter if I own it or not. That is thinking about the "child". Why should her daughter have to give up her space and privacy for her sister and kids? They should have to adjust. It was also the way mom communicated to her. The note wasn't any better than the arguing. The way mom is speaking about it in court still doesn't sit right. I rarely defend men. Mom couldn't let this go or settle this petty mess out of court. Not me defending a man. I really don't think the father was being petty.

Second case, the plaintiff does not get it that the garage was not being used as a living space, so he can work out in the yard, or in the apartment. No need for a large space to work out.

  • @eyeamtheomen
    @eyeamtheomen 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

A garage is "interior" livable space. It's NOT just for parking, get in & out, as if the air quality/condition of that environment doesn't matter. It's for additional interior storage of my things. They should not be subject to a moldy interior environment. It's for me to be able to work on or in my car without impacts from the elements. It's for me to set up a chair & just sit out if I want. The judge dismissed it so flippantly as if everyone shares her limited belief that a garage is only a box for cars to sit. Ridiculous!

Sorry but that judgement is wrong. The mother is wrong and the father should be given so praise for picking up where the mother didn't. Also, once the parents bought the furniture for the daugther regardless what age she was at the time, it's the daugther's furniture. It was given to her especially since she was living at the house. The judge should have asked the mother to show her something that states the furniture is for the room and not the daugther.

After you 18, you a tenant. If you ain't chipping in with rent or mortgage and I am still paying for everything, damn right I can give your room away to a family member that badly needs it. She had a father to house her. Let him get her some furniture in his spare room. Ain't nothing but petty taking the furniture. Her aunt and her cousins lost her home and her that ungrateful daughter squabbling because she would be inconvenience for a few months. Most be nice. Soon as I went to college and got a job I started giving my parents money for at least a bill because I was living under their room rent free. She could have moved out and loved alone. She just had to place hop. Plus the aunt had kids didn't she? Daughter would have been inconvenience even if aunt and her kids lived in the living room. Dad she have volunteered his spot for child right away instead of having to be asked.
