    Schezwan Chicken:
    Ingredients
    Boneless chicken ½ kg cubes
    Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
    Salt ½ tsp
    Chili powder ½ tsp
    Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
    Corn flour 2 tbsp
    Flour 2 tbsp
    Black pepper ½ tsp
    Schezwan sauce 2 tbsp
    Vinegar 1 tbsp
    Chili sauce 1 tbsp
    Egg 1
    Ingredients for gravy
    Oil ½ cup
    Chopped garlic 1 tbsp heaped
    Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
    Green chilies chopped 1 tbsp
    Onion chopped ½ cup
    Schezwan sauce 2 tbsp
    Ketchup 3 tbsp
    Soya sauce 1 tbsp
    Chili powder ½ tsp
    Orange color pinch
    Cream 2 tbsp
    Corn flour dissolved 1 tbsp
    Spring leaves chopped 2
    Method
    Marinate chicken cubes with all the given ingredients for 30 mins, then deep fry till golden, remove and keep aside.
    Method for gravy
    Heat oil in a wok, add chopped ginger garlic, green chilies, onion, fry for 1 min, add all the spices, sauces, fried chicken, thicken with corn flour paste, lastly add cream and chopped greens.
    Pizza sandwich:
    Ingredients
    Tikka boti shredded ½ packet
    Other ingredients
    Iceberg lettuce 1 ½ cup
    Capsicum cut in cubes 1
    Tomato 1
    Onion chopped 1
    Mayonnaise ½ cup
    Chat masala 1 tsp
    Pizza sauce as required
    Butter as required
    Black olives ½ cup
    Jalapeno sliced ½ cup
    Cheddar cheese 1 ½ cup
    Mozzarella cheese 1 ½ cup grated
    Bread slices 8-10
    Oregano APR
    crushed red pepper APR
    Method
    Fry tikka botis and remove .. In another bowl mix together all the veggies with mayonnaise, chat masala and keep aside. Apply butter and pizza sauce on bread slices, spread vegetables on one slice, sprinkle some chicken on top, cover with the second slice, apply with mayonnaise and both the grated cheese mixture, sprinkle oregano, crushed red pepper, top with sliced olives and jalapeno, bake on 190 d for 10 mins till golden and cheese melts, cut into square pieces and serve immediately.
    Qeema karahi:
    Ingredients
    Coarsely chopped mince ½ kg
    Onions 2 large sliced
    Ginger garlic 1 tbsp heaped
    Tomatoes 4 sliced
    Allspice 1 tsp
    Chili powder 1 tsp
    Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
    Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
    Cumin crushed 1 ½ tsp
    Salt 1 tsp heaped
    Ginger julienne 1 tbsp
    Green chilies chopped 4
    Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
    Oil ½ cup
    Yogurt ½ cup
    Siracha sauce 2 tbsp
    Method
    Heat oil add sliced onion, fry till light golden, add ginger garlic, mince and tomatoes, cover and cook for 15 mins till tomato and mince tender, add siracha sauce and all the dry spiced, fry well adding in yogurt, fry well, lastly add allspice, chopped greens, leave it on dum, serve with nan.
