Atleast they are getting job for survival when government is not in a position to provide jobs. All private companies pay minimum salary in each category.

Hi Saurabh - You should also have asked tougher questions like the mass layoff at Amazon that impacted a minimum of 100+ lives, the poor work life balance of employees at Amazon and the noise on Return to Office.
This interview sounds more like an advertorial session. So, a disclaimer should have helped here.
However, appreciate your work.
Who told you layoffs have impacted the lives of employees at amazon in India? And which employee told you that work life balance at amazon is not good?
I myself an employee of amazon can tell you work life balance at amazon is the best in the world. No other org provide their employees a wellbeing session or there are no ways to discuss with someone. Amazon has special department for the counselling of employee if he is experiencing overwhelmingly stressful workload. Everyday when we login our system first take a survey to understand what we are thinking or what do we need.
People lost their jobs for their mistakes they were taking unnecessary unplanned leaves,putting system issue regularly for no reason or couldn't fix their technical issues even after being provided with every equipment by the org. An IT team as a support to resolve technical issues. Couldn't change their internet service providers even when amazon is providing internet allowance of 1250 INR per month. What do you expect for such a poor productivity by the employee?

He already have said, that they just care about Customer experience. ( means Employees to mil hi jayega)
If one is inefficient or even if efficient but not of use, let alone Amazon, any company will lay off employees, even if you own a company you will also do the same thing. This is corporate world, runs on profit and loss, not on emotions, this is not government job.

Me pichhle 4 salo se Amazon seller ke sath kaam kar raha hu. Amazon apni soch se bhi bahot bada he ✨
It is not as simple as he is saying . Amazon charges 15% marging on leather products. Other hidden charges also there for seller. Lot of returns ,damagez ine has to bear. Amazon charges, nothing free for seller. Thy make more money. Not good for small sellers.

The delivery boys at time of such festival are over worked and sometimes dont deliver or even attempt to and give some false reason like customer refused delivery. The end delivery is still their weakest link . I once received empty ladoo box ( haldiram -all 8 ladoos gone ) But till date customer-care , returns and refunds is pretty good . That is why I am still a Prime Member and still ordering.
Local se mangate to shayad acha milta. Ladoo to gharke hi hona chahiye ya chitale ke

I agree. Delivery sucks. Till date, I am receiving a damaged package on every second order. Another stunt Amazon has done is making all our accounts DND, whereby package is not door delivered. Removing this DND from our account has been made impossible. Customer care says they cannot remove it either!!!
