LEGO Speed Champions Garage & Mansion Update

- Today I started working on the massive LEGO Speed Champions garage! It was hard to look at prior to today! All that color on the MILS plates made me shutter. In this video, I build the exterior walls and tile the entire interior!

The white tile floor looks great really shows off the cars
Four post lifts so you can stack cars would be cool. Looks like the walls are tall enough to fit them. I like the idea and was going to look at building something simular. The cars sitting side by side take up a lot of room on the shelves. Looking good!
An idea to help with the blank white walls could be putting car memorabilia on the walls. Like maybe some trophies or front bumpers. Maybe the owner of the mansion is a famous race car driver and this is his personal collection but also cars he has won races with.
Love the build so far can’t wait to see it continued.

If bumpers are too much to ask for maybe hang extra sets of wheels/tires on walls. Possibly flags of the respective countries the cars are from
Great looking space! My six year old and I love watching this series. He is obsessed with Speed Champions and wants to build a garage as well. Keep it up!
Yesss a massive garage complex for speed champions would be amazing, maybe you can build the mansion on top of the garage as a second level
Looking great so far! I really like the idea and think the final design has the potential to look amazing. I think lighting this project up could give it that extra wow factor as well. Definitely something to consider.

Cool idea. Probably would be great as a 5 story parking garage. The cars won’t be as visible but then it would be fun trying to find the best one.

I have all of the sets apart from the new sets this year and like 1 or 2 from last year. I’m still building the Ford raptor from 2016 and the Porsche garages from 2016

Maybe look at adding in some 4 post ramps to double stack the cars to get more of the champions in there.

Here is an idea. You mentioned wanting a pool. Why not use some of the area on the leftover grey baseplate be a staircase that leads to the roof/2nd floor? Instead of a roof, have part of it be a pool so that swimmers could see the cars underneath. You could use white door/window frames with the transparent blue windows inside to give the effect of water. The rest of the grey baseplate can be a patio or a deck.

For the finished product you have to color coordinate the cars because that is also in those garages
You could hang some art in the garage for more color, nice update. Can you make a lego room in the mansion?

Like the look so far. How about adding some car accessories (tool chest, tires, hazard cones, street signs of races that was won, hydraulic lifts, etc.) to place around the inside of the garage. Like someone else mentioned that maybe it is a famous race car driver that knows cars and can fix them.

You could use the black beam piece that look like steel beam. To make suport for the floors and the roof
May I recommend using a small rubber mallet on the title floor.
im not sure wether you have finished this build but an idea i have in mind is to have a car on the wall inside the mansion or a car lift going through the house
I like how you are making actual displays for your Lego museum before you have the building! I know I’ll book a flight to Canada to see it when you do it! Plus i need a Tim Hortons kick cause there aren’t any here in Florida.

You should put some stuff on the walls like trophies and pictures
You should build some lifts so you can stack the cars 2 high (wouldn't have to be to high off the base) and it will open up more space for future speed champions

I think more glass / windows to see through the garage would be pretty nice. And how about tiles with some twists, say colours, to make it more artistic?

This makes me want to build a multilevel parking garage in my city. That could be pretty cool. Just not sure how the ramp would work.
You could have the cars doubled up if you built storage lifts over the cars in there. Like how bendpack lifts have them
In the right corner, where it turns, you should make a spinning car stand to display play a car. (The spot where the Audi stunt car is)
Also with the size of the cars the yacht will have to be pretty decent size, you could have it 90° the way you planned orginally and be able to make it way bigger.

I think the garage would look really sleek with checker board floor like in the downtown diner

Hi Bricksie, I love the way you have a few projects going at once as it mixes up your videos, however although I know that you will never truely finish your city etc, but it would be nice to have a few of the older projects get finished along the way like the zoo then the Amusement Park and then you can start your new 2023 projects. Keep Brickin.

Hmm for the minimalistic garage hor the single window columns I think it would look great if you used the headlight 1x1 bricks or the ones with sideways studs and put wedges to add a. Ore interesting finish, a lot of pieces yes, but it would feel better imo
for the private island garage, you should find a way to make it double decker, almost like a parking garage, but not lol
Would be cool to have the Bricksie logo in tiles between the white tiles in the garage, would break up all the white tiles and would really fit in the rich mansion vibe.
I love the Speed Champions cars. I kinda wish LEGO would make the move to all of their City vehicles being 8-wide, two-seaters. Even as a kid, back in the 80s, that was something that always bugged me a little about LEGO cars being so small.
This side project is bigger than the city I've been building for 20 years.
Seeing this just reminds me again I missed out on the Corvette and the Ford GT so bummed about that.
Anyways, looks good so far definitely something you don't see much of in lego so looking forward to what you come up with for the house. Not sure why but I like looking at houses once in awhile
Will you modify the Spider Car to be able to house two minifigs?
If so, Will you let it stay eight wide or turn it into ten wide?
Use the old eight wide garage doors, on their sides, should let you use two big doors.
Depending on the possible corner guide rail bricks, you might even be able to make a door part that goes around that corner.
As for decoration, perhaps a few (spare) engines and other car parts?
Say Bricksie, will the next setup be a Batcave?
If so, then I hope you have more then one Thumbler, where a wiser Bruce Wayne, took them all home, for secure storage.
Hope that Lego will one day, make the Black Beauty of the Green Hornet.

looks good i think the private island idea is good because it can still be a part of the city as an island that’s not connected to the main city
