I have a lego car made out of off brand lego and it has an openable hood and clamshell and an active aero wing plus it has interior and a bunch of stuff that I will not go into that much detail (because I’m too lazy 😂😂😂😂)

Those are just official LEGO Power Functions motors (the system used before powered up)
