Prepare very well before you go for d interview. You don't have to conduct d interview in d kitchen. After d interview, yr subject can take you round d business. Whatever u do strive for excellence. Preparation is very crucial. Got it?
Firstly, conducting the interview in the kitchen was planned and intentional as well, as a matter of fact, mama suggested it, and after giving it a thought, we both agreed it was the best for us.
Secondly, an interview doesn't have to follow a particular order or procedure, I have decided to conduct this particular one (and also the subsequent ones) like this, as casual as I can, to make it to suit my audience, the interviewee, and of course the kind of video I am making.
Thirdly, I have also decided to have as much fun as I can while conducting any of my interviews, everybody doesn't have to be too serious during interviews, I don't have to act/behave like perhaps other content creators that you see, I am going to be myself as much as I can.
And lastly, how did you know that I am not prepared? OK if you mean not having questions written down then you are right as well, because I don't actually, their response determines the next question.

I love her strength, her tenacity, agile woman, lost her husband early in life, lost some of her kids but she is still her, strong and thriving. Business of over 4decades is still flourishing after sending people abroad and building a lavish home. She didn't even say let her relax and enjoy life, she is still working and training people on how to do the cooking business.
