So cool! I got 71% African mostly Nigerian. 24% European mostly Iberian peninsula 4% Native American and 1% south Asian my dad is half Portuguese and Cape Verdean and my mom is African American and we can trace our Native American ancestry and my grandfathers family had some India-Indian in them so it was pretty cool to see what I've grown up hearing being verified in the results!
Soooo then everyone who lives in the country of Queen Elizabeth is "descended from royalty"? Just because someone in a region was royalty, doesn't mean that you are related to that person. You need to really get into gathering all information from parents, grandparents and so on, check old cemetarys, records of census as far back as you can. And I know that people who HAVE done that work and are documented bona fide Native American, do NOt have there NA ancestry show up on these tests. Ancestry dot com has been sued and admitted that they lied to hundreds of thousands of people. I would not do it, because it is not accurate, because they charge, and because the OWN your DNA now, and can use it for whatever they like. For example, if the police do not get a DNA match in their criminal database, they turn to public databases. Public database? Hmmmm, who could that be? Let me think.....oh I got it. Places like Ancestry.com and TwentyThree and Me
Girl I knew you was American American. I know my people. I took the test also. 81% African. I was surprised. I told my mom I thought I'm suppose to be darker. It's very important to know where you from. My friends laughed when I did the test, they felt like, I don't need a test to tell me I'm black. True but no one will ever tell you where from Africa you are from. Your history, you have to learn yourself period.Everyone should do the test.
Lol I only took it because I wanted to know what country in Africa my ancestors are from. Lol of course I know I'm African American both my parents are and that's what I will always identify as.
Girl I basically got the same results. 66% African, 32% European, 1% Native American and 1% Polynesian. Proud mixed chick over here! I've been mixed since childhood though even without knowing the percentages because my mom is Latina.
That's funny.......... I got results of 62% African and 35% European and I have never considered myself to be "mixed." My mom is not Latina. I am not proud of the results. I'm not shading anyone who is proud but I think a lot of racial identity is in the head.....it's how you think about yourself. I have seen other African-based people with similar results, some who considered themselves "mixed," and others who did not. "African-based" is how I consider myself, and I think my DNA confirms that. At least that's how I think of it.
Shiva G that's you some mixed people with mixed ancestry don't like to say they are mixed that's you and them it's her embracing all of her dna idk why you choose not to but that's you not her . even some mixed ppl who r only a quarter black don't like being mixed or having white but that's them and they chose to embrace that part of them and u chose to embrace only tht part of u but she choose to embrace all of herself because without it she wouldn't be here .
Girl your lips are everything! This coming from a thin lip black girl lol :) I totally understand about people getting mad when you let them know you are black, I get the same thing all the time! It is so annoying. People ask me if I am Cambodian, Dominican, half Puerto Rican, half white, Mexican... Im like damn! Why cant I just be black? Sheesh ;)
Because like yourself....if you do not fit in what a person 'perceives is what a Black person is suppose to look like'....then that is when the 'labeling begins'....trying to figure out and place into their own categories. Many people are highly mixed...not just from slavery....but from our ancestors having preferences as to who they were and up until this day attracted to. We all have ideas as to what attracts us to each other....not all women or our ancestors were 'forced into relationships without honor'...
It doesn't necessarily have to be recent. My dad has 32% European ancestry but you have to go back 4 generations for him in order to find a FULL white relative.
WOW I got 66% too! I've learned so much about Africa & it's richness! About the Benin empires & their gorgeous bronzed sculptures. The vast libraries & surplus of gold from the Mali empire etc! SUCH BEAUTIFUL HISTORY IM SO PROUD! & you're so pretty BTW!
Sam Tami but for a period of time, Haiti didn't allow whites into the country (for suspicion of them depleting our resources, which is understandable) so we really are the closest thing to Africa outside of Africa.
This is so cool ^^ thank you so much for sharing. I know everything on my mom's side, but my dad not so much since was adopted. So this is something for us to do! Thanks for sharing Maryam! Also, congrats on almost 200,000 subbies! I remember when you were at 25,000. Loves and hugs darling!
My situation is similar. My father is from Ghana. My mother is African American but she was adopted. She also has a light complexion so I am curious what will come up when I do the test. I also hope we can find out more about her birth mother (we only know her name).
Here is my DNA breakdown: Cameroon/Congo 31%, Ivory Coast/Ghana 25% , African Trace Regions 13%, Ireland 14% , Great Britain 9%, European Trace Regions 5%, West Asia 3% . We thought there was a native American great-great-grandmother (NOT!!) Very few of us do have native American ancestors. My Great Grand mother look like she could be but it's just a Afro-Euro mixture. Thanks for sharing your results Ms. Hampton
Buddy love here is mines: I did mines on ancestrydna and i have 97% Africa(37% Ivory coast/ghana, 21% nigeria, 19% Africa Southeastern Bantu, 8% Benin/Togo, 6% Senegal, 5% Mali, 1% Cameroon/Congo)...2% Europe South(Italy, Greece). Also i uploaded my data and i also got ancestry from France(hence my last name-StLouis), Spain, Portugal, and the Balkan States.
Weird! Our results are damn near identical!!! I was 66% Subsaharan african, 31% European (Mostly Scandinavian), the rest tiny bits of Middle Eastern, South Asian and Native American.
I took a DNA test and my results were 45% Nigeria, 30% Cameroon, Congo and Southern Bantu People's and 12% Mali and 7% England, Wales, and North Western Europe, 2% Sweden, 2% Senegal, 1% Norway, 1 Ireland & Scotland. I was born and raised in southern North Carolina. I was looking up videos about it and ran into your video. Great video by the way.
I'm from the Caribbean too (23andme). I did mine this year. I ordered it from amazon and I got some one who was going to the US to take it up and post it
You are amazing! You got to the point quickly. AA are blended with a multitude of many people and cultures. I can tell your parents grounded you and kept you focus. You knew who you were, your parents did an wonderful job. Thank you so much for sharing.
Oh God, thank you. It's more complicated than that one tale. Even though rape did happen, it's not the only story of our ancestry. And plus, rape happened in other instances that resulted in a child's birth.
ayub abdikarim even if it was from rape that would have been way back when if it was from slavery. with that type of large percentage it must have been recent like great grandparents. she should test which parent had the most European DNA
@asaji What you said makes no sense. Ad-MIX-ture by default makes you MIX-ed. You don't have to acknowledge it but you can't erase that non-African DNA. You're MIX-ed whether you choose to acknowledge it or not.
*the less than 1 % native american doesn't mean you don't have native american in yo family they found it when they tested yo blood that less than 1% ALL THAT MEANS IS YOU HAVE A REALLY FAR BACK ANCESTOR THAT WAS NATIVE AMERICAN AND THAT'S WHY IT WON'T SHOW UP A HIGHER % IN YOU*
Oromo Queen Somaale (the name of the guy who Somaal is named after) is Yamani which means he is Arab. So the tribes that are decendent from him are Arab. So the real Somaalis (i.e. banuu Somaale) are arab.
thanks for sharing your test results lam 1/2 togo and1/2 have Ghana Africa is my descendant.you look mix with black and white were did you get the texture of your hair beautiful.
As African Americans, we are a mixture just due to the fact that we were brought over from Africa by slave traders to various countries; Cuba, the Caribbean, South America, Europe and other places. Additionally, many if not all of Africa was colonized by Europeans who, of course, would "mate" (a nice way to say it) with the natives. My family has those who range from white-looking to very dark and we have the same blood. I know that my great-grandfather was Caucasian on my mother's side and they had eight children together. My ancestry DNA showed that I am 33% Nigerian, 23% Western European, 20% Ivory Coast/Ghana, 6% Cameroon/Congo, 5% Scandinavian.WHATEVER! I don't believe this 100% based on what my parents and older relatives have shared with me. Bottom line, it really means that we are ALL of African descent because it's been proven through mitochondrial DNA that the oldest human remains found so far have been found in Africa so bottom line, we are all from the same Creator and in the same family of humans.
So what would you term as mixed race then? My mixed race friend (white British mum & black Jamaican father) came out at 62% African and 38% European. That's close to this girls DNA results
isn't ethnicity culture? i asked my teacher one day what my mother's ethnicity would be because she is mixed and adopted. he said since her adoptive parents are Japanese than that is her ethnicity. (she was surrounded by japanese cultures, holidays etc as a child)
I definitely will look into checking mines as well. I'm glad you posted yours got me pretty motivated. Continue doing your thing, you're very beautiful so embrace all those ancestry backgrounds
+Jemishia Nazario Nothing nefarious is going to happen to your sample. There's just too many things against the possibilities of that happening. Among other things, there's been plenty of celebrities like Angele Bassett, Jessica Alba, etc. who have done these tests and if there were something bad being done to people's samples then these celebrities would have had something done about the companies a long time ago.
I did mines on ancestrydna and i have 97% Africa(37% Ivory coast/ghana, 21% nigeria, 19% Africa Southeastern Bantu, 8% Benin/Togo, 6% Senegal, 5% Mali, 1% Cameroon/Congo)...2% Europe South(Italy, Greece). Also i uploaded my data and i also got ancestry from France(hence my last name-StLouis), Spain, Portugal, and the Balkan States.
I did the same test and what shocked me was that I was 3% sub Saharan African. I am 70% Irish, 12% Arab, 4% Chihuahua, 7% koala, 3% sub Saharan African, and 4% German Shepard.
oo wow!! I stumbled upon your channel and I'm glad I did - I've always heard about ancestry DNA but never thought to give it a try until now. Like you, people always tell me I'm "mixed" with something because of my hair texture. I've only known that my parents are Jamaican and I identify as being black but people would be so quick to tell me that I'm not a real black girl .. shocker right ?! Lol,.. but thanks for sharing
I love this video because it proves that because your a lighter shade and have long hair doesn't not mean that you have to be mixed with something other than BLack. because it is so annoying when someone see a black person that's is light skin and straight hair, and their first question is what are you mix with? Our Black race comes in different shade, straight, curly and kinky hair.
Keke D she's not 100% African, so basically yes she is mixed, just got more african blood in her but the features from her other ancestors is a bit noticeable
+Coconutwater Tatyana but MANY black americans have her same admixture and are technically mixed. It is very rare to find a Black American with 100% unmixed African DNA.
My mom is from the coastal plains of North Carolina , and she is 94% , not only Gullah people are high afro dna .... Usually, blacks from regions bordering the coast have high African blood because there ancestors lived near ports where slave ships regularly came back and forth
I am 53% Western European which is my mom she is half Polish half Finnish and Eastern European which is my dad he is half Czech half Moldovan then I am 3% Nepalian. But I speak fluent French because I lived in Belgium for most of my life. Then I came to Queens NYC where I learned English!
I think that some who is either one of these 1/4 1/3 or 1/2 something else is mixed, when it goes over 1/4(for example:1/6, 1/8 ,1/12 1/16, 1/24 , 1/32 and of course 100%) it's just there main big race/ethnicity.
So interesting. Made me wonder about what percentage of this company's customer base is African American. Not that it really matters, but I'm now intrigued. Great video, as always Sis. 🌿💕🌿
I'm happy for you , I've been wanting to do mines for so long especially since my dad was adopted and now passed away I really don't know where we came from
Love your video! Being 1/2 Central American and 1/2 "White" American I didn't know much about my roots either. People can be crazy ignorant and drive you nuts if you look "different". I'm super happy for you! I did the tests for my mom and aunt too, I recommend it :)
Congrats on your results but remember percentages are not scientifically sound so do not discount your Native American heritage it took many people to contribute that DNA...Your Grandparents had parents and on and on
Sam Tami lol, her ancestry in Africa are from Togo to Congo with some Ghana/Ivory Coast. Fulanis get high percentage of Senegal, slightly followed by Mali.
If you submit to GEDMATCH.COM or DNA.LAND they do different algorithms. GEDmatch also do ancient comparisons and can tell you about your Neolithic African, Meso American, European Farmers and Hunter & Gatherer, etc.
DNA tests are very fascinating; through two different tests (one of them being 23 and Me), I found out that I am pretty much everything! My combined Sub-Saharan Africa percentage: 74%; European: 23% (primarily Irish/French/German/Spanish/Portuguese); Asian percentage 10% (including South Asia, North Africa/Middle East/Philippines/Indonesia -Madagascar and Native American). I have also uploaded to other DNA companies.
I'm Cuban, Dominican, and AfroBrazilian. I'm darker than you and have less African blood than you :(. I'm 61% African, 20% European, 17% Native American and 2% East/South Asian. It's crazy how DNA works because people look at my family and look at me and think we're from different countries.
What does skin color have to do with anything??? If you mix a West African with extremely dark skin with a brown indegenous person, 50/50 they may be much darker than a person who is 2/3 Khoisan and 1/3 Dutch. You guys probably look alike , but people are more obsessed with skin tone. If seen mulatto kids who come out white skinned, but are the spiltting image of their black parent and people will say that they look more like the white parent. Most people are plain stupid.
I really liked the video, I am from Benin and I have been in the US for 3 years now because of Uni. I am so happy to see that more and more people are doing this trying to find out where they come from, that's soooo awesome. We could be cousins tho loool..
Thank you sharing, I just did my Ancestry Dna results video, it's great to see other people sharing their unique ethnic background. I also get that to the, what are you? question.
90rashad No they are pretty accurate. They are not 100% but they are the best we've got As more and more people take the test, it will become more accurate.
An African-American by definition is a person of majority African ancestry with around 20% European. It's an ethnicity as well as a race. There are few fully African AA's.
I'm American not African American I'm not from Africa I'm from america, usually when you see those check boxes for African American it has races or origins at the bottom to clarify.
One Punch Good for you claiming a country that doesn't want you. Btw American is a nationality not your ethnicity or heritage wise guy. Yeah your black ass just ended up in America huh?🙄
check out israelunite.org according to Deuteronomy Chapter 28 in the KJV (original Bible) we the so-called "African Americans" are from the tribe of Judah, apart of the 12 Tribes of Israel, God's chosen people.
Feonalilly ITS NATURAL FOR BLACK ASMERICANS WITH LONGBHAIR. JUST WASH IT BIG BRAIDS & DONT STRAIGHTEN IT COMV IT OUT EITH A BIG. COMB. THE BLOW DRYER WORKS TOO
did you know native americans are black? also, they don't have the capacity to trace all of your lineage. they can only tell you a part of your story. =)
You from the igbo tribe....facts
Err
I gave my mom this DNA test for mothers day, she got her results back, she was 86% west african, and 14% european. These things are cool.
"A descendant from Royalty" 😂 yes queen 👑😆
Dina S where is the LOVE button for this comment!! Lol
Places like Ancestry.com and TwentyThree and Me
Recovering Soul take a nap
Recovering Soul, how do we know that she was NOT? It's HER STORY, not yours.
Dina S she's really charming.
Girl I knew you was American American. I know my people. I took the test also. 81% African. I was surprised. I told my mom I thought I'm suppose to be darker. Lol I only took it because I wanted to know what country in Africa my ancestors are from. Lol of course I know I'm African American both my parents are and that's what I will always identify as.
Rene Walker Yep, we are American. The melting pot. Not African. We may have ancestry from there but we where not born there.
Girl I basically got the same results. 66% African, 32% European, 1% Native American and 1% Polynesian. Proud mixed chick over here! I've been mixed since childhood though even without knowing the percentages because my mom is Latina.

you look like blue ivy grown up!
Yes
Elly Luknic I was thinking the exact thing
True
I know righttttttttttttt
Yeah she does but blue ivy would be lucky if she turn out looking her. I have a feeling she won’t turn out as looking
Sheesh ;)
Sharon sprinkles Yes, her lips are beautiful!
Oradixie Galloway I never said they are big... I said they are beautiful!!!
+Sharon Sprinkles, thank you for accepting your Blackness. So many young bi or multi-racial people try to deny their African bloodline.
+Just for Fun, yes it is, I just like to celebrate those that aren't afraid to claim it. That's all.
Because like yourself....if you do not fit in what a person 'perceives is what a Black person is suppose to look like'....then that is when the 'labeling begins'....trying to figure out and place into their own categories. We all have ideas as to what attracts us to each other....not all women or our ancestors were 'forced into relationships without honor'...
Ive found new respect for Black Americans i swear i have never seen people who are so proud of their African heritage
We appreciate it.
It doesn't necessarily have to be recent. My dad has 32% European ancestry but you have to go back 4 generations for him in order to find a FULL white relative.
BionicWoman That sounds like the hodge twins. Their most recent white ancestor was in the 1850's, yet they are 42% european
I always thought you looked like Sade.
Random fact, most of the Caribbean have West African roots. A lot of Haitians (such as me) have heritage primarily from Benin also. Much love! ✌
Shelda J. 🇭🇹🇭🇹
Sam Tami lol not the whole tree my goodness
Sam Tami but for a period of time, Haiti didn't allow whites into the country (for suspicion of them depleting our resources, which is understandable) so we really are the closest thing to Africa outside of Africa.
Same slave boat, different stop lol. Us African Americans probably have cousins in the Caribbean from when they separated the family members
I'm 🇯🇲
This is so cool ^^ thank you so much for sharing. I know everything on my mom's side, but my dad not so much since was adopted. So this is something for us to do! Thanks for sharing Maryam! Also, congrats on almost 200,000 subbies! I remember when you were at 25,000. Loves and hugs darling!

I've always wanted to do this but ya girl don't have 90 some dollars lmfao
Dеаth Boy shut up
Dеаth of course you comment that. Get a life.
Vanessa Williams Exactly, smh.
WhatSabrinaWants Girl this comment tickled me 😂😂😂😂
NaturallyKoily Kuteness Lool
I got my dna results.
I'm 56% european 36% middle eastern/north african and 7% african
i'm very darker than you lol
92% Caucasian? Wow. You're gorgeous btw
Are your parents dark middle easterners or?
Weird! Our results are damn near identical!!! I was 66% Subsaharan african, 31% European (Mostly Scandinavian), the rest tiny bits of Middle Eastern, South Asian and Native American.

OMG I want to do this too... but I'm from the Caribbean so it'll prolly be harder.
Foluke John Haha. Me too! I'm Antiguan. What are you?
Foluke John yes girl me too!
Amorie Audrey my father's father side is from Antigua!!! Heeeey!! lol
Tena DeFreitas Ayyyyyyeeeee
My Mom and Dad are Antiguan. But I was born in the US. My life goal is to visit all of the beaches in Antigua 🤗

we all know how that 32% European got there.........
ayub abdikarim 👌🏻👈🏻
I'm guessing it wasn't consensual lol
Oh God, thank you. It's more complicated than that one tale. Even though rape did happen, it's not the only story of our ancestry. And plus, rape happened in other instances that resulted in a child's birth.
MANTLE I see youre a fucking troll. FOH
ayub abdikarim even if it was from rape that would have been way back when if it was from slavery. with that type of large percentage it must have been recent like great grandparents. she should test which parent had the most European DNA
West Indian, African, Asian
I thought u were mixed black and white
+MANTLE
Like A Steaming Sweet Cup Of Coffee Latte.
:o
aѕajj I know she said that in the beginning and she also asked what did we think she was
omg she's like me! I'm 2/3 Black and 1/3 White according to Ancestry!
@asaji What you said makes no sense. Ad-MIX-ture by default makes you MIX-ed. You don't have to acknowledge it but you can't erase that non-African DNA. You're MIX-ed whether you choose to acknowledge it or not.
aѕajj What you said was correct and don't let anyone who doesn't know the authentic history of America and why you said that tell you any different..
Girl, your ethnicity is friggin' Flawless mixed with Gorgeous
You are made of royalty regal sugar and glitter. You are so beautiful. Stand in it Sis!! 😊
can it elaborate on what part of western europe?
*the less than 1 % native american doesn't mean you don't have native american in yo family they found it when they tested yo blood that less than 1% ALL THAT MEANS IS YOU HAVE A REALLY FAR BACK ANCESTOR THAT WAS NATIVE AMERICAN AND THAT'S WHY IT WON'T SHOW UP A HIGHER % IN YOU*
+MLima Rosebud It either could be that, or it could be algorithm artifact.
What company is the DNA test from?
the motherland
about how long did it take to get the results?
I see somali + Ethiopian in you.
90rashad I agree with you 💯 . But because I see lots of Somalis and Ethiopian everyday that's why I said I see S and E IN YOU
africains sont noirs eurasiens sont blancs why are you mad bruhh. Did East African boy broke your heart?
K Dot What are the results of that 2%??
Oromo Queen Somaale (the name of the guy who Somaal is named after) is Yamani which means he is Arab. So the tribes that are decendent from him are Arab. So the real Somaalis (i.e. banuu Somaale) are arab.
I've gotten Ethiopian and Somalian too lol. Also Brazilian, Cuban, half white or Eritrean
How do I get this!??
Would be cool to make a trip to Benin & Togo. Africa is a beautiful continent that doesn't always get the credit due for travelers.
Which dna test did you use? Great video.
thanks for sharing your test results lam 1/2 togo and1/2 have Ghana Africa is my descendant.you look mix with black and white were did you get the texture of your hair beautiful.

My daughter favors you a lot! She is half Black and half Portuguese. Your hair is the closet I have seen to hers.
Maryam Hampton Lord when you said this video brought out the racists people you weren't lying😨
So what would you term as mixed race then? My mixed race friend (white British mum & black Jamaican father) came out at 62% African and 38% European. That's close to this girls DNA results
Wrightseducation admin your friend's father must have been 102% african with a 2% margin of error
You look so pretty :) I just did this myself but with 23&me.
isn't ethnicity culture? i asked my teacher one day what my mother's ethnicity would be because she is mixed and adopted. he said since her adoptive parents are Japanese than that is her ethnicity. (she was surrounded by japanese cultures, holidays etc as a child)
So empowering! My family are from the Caribbean, but we trace back to Benin too!
I definitely will look into checking mines as well. I'm glad you posted yours got me pretty motivated. Continue doing your thing, you're very beautiful so embrace all those ancestry backgrounds
I hate that shit people get mad when I say I'm black too wtf I wanna take this test too I wanna know what part of Africa I'm from too
I want to do this, but I'm a little afraid. Does Ancestry.com still sell off the DNA or did they change their terms and conditions?
+Jemishia Nazario Nothing nefarious is going to happen to your sample. There's just too many things against the possibilities of that happening.
Among other things, there's been plenty of celebrities like Angele Bassett, Jessica Alba, etc. who have done these tests and if there were something bad being done to people's samples then these celebrities would have had something done about the companies a long time ago.
That's cool. I got my results in the other day, and I'm also 66 Africa and 32 Europe.
Same here I got the same exact percentages.
You look Moroccan or Ethiopian
Mara Exanimis 😂😂 how ? .. get a passport ASAP
Mara Exanimis you are so right. I have seen many Ethiopians look like her.
Sister Ches u wish lol
is it Brazilian?
Nice results Maryam Hampton. Were you a member of any Genetic Community?
Wow lots of African you are a queen 👸🏾! I was Nigerian, Filipino, Irish 🍀
what is a hunter and gather?
+Abby94 Hi, it's ancestrydna's name for the pygmy samples that they clustered together.
You look Somali omg
To me, Somalis don't look like this. She looks like a Moroccan, Egyptian mixture with a little west african in her.
Truth Seeker nope she looks more sudanese and even then not entirely
Oromo Queen agreed, I honestly thought she was Somali all along
I don't see Somali, but Sudanese or Moroccan.
Okay lets just agree to disagree and say she looks like blue ivy
You saying you're from royalty made me think of the Ken Lamar song- "I got royalty, got loyalty inside my DNA" 😀😂
Only Gullah people tend to be 100% or 96%.
My mom is from the coastal plains of North Carolina , and she is 94% , not only Gullah people are high afro dna .... Usually, blacks from regions bordering the coast have high African blood because there ancestors lived near ports where slave ships regularly came back and forth
true
I am 53% Western European which is my mom she is half Polish half Finnish and Eastern European which is my dad he is half Czech half Moldovan then I am 3% Nepalian. But I speak fluent French because I lived in Belgium for most of my life. Then I came to Queens NYC where I learned English!
😍😍lOvE ur Hair like ThaT💕
Thank you!
😍Your WelcomE💗
Dee Luther I have dogs hair
Lol "Descendent from royalty!" So cute!
I thought you were British, based on your thumbnail pictures, for the longest, so I was surprised when I heard you speak.
How?
Kiki Learns Languages 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
if you got less than one percent native american, that means you do have native american in you because it showed up in your DNA
This is interesting cause judging by your features I would have guess Ethiopian or Somalian. I do see some Indian like a bit of Creek Indian or Taino.
Judging from her features I assumed black American girl with maybe a lot of Nigerian ancestry.
The part where she said people get mad at her for saying shes black (thinking shes a liar) - hits home HARD af.
I was on my ancestry just now and a girl named Maryam Hampton was on my list as a 4th cousin and with the same % as you. We may be related?! Lol 😂
Kiara Sada thats a great point.
I'm happy for you , I've been wanting to do mines for so long especially since my dad was adopted and now passed away I really don't know where we came from
You are 100% beautiful.
Love your video! Being 1/2 Central American and 1/2 "White" American I didn't know much about my roots either. People can be crazy ignorant and drive you nuts if you look "different". I'm super happy for you! I did the tests for my mom and aunt too, I recommend it :)
Congrats on your results but remember percentages are not scientifically sound so do not discount your Native American heritage it took many people to contribute that DNA...Your Grandparents had parents and on and on
I would say 3/4 black 1/4 white
Wow, you really look East African
Surprised native american is only 1% your face screams native to me. Anyway, love the hair and make up so pretty😍
You look a lot like the fulanis from Cameroon.
Maria B lool she does actually!😂 A lot now that i look at it
Right...she looks like my people. Cameroonian fulani.
Sam Tami Ya I see Fulani, even Igbo, idk about Hausa. I didn't know they had Fulani's in Cameroon tho
Fulanis don't look like this lol. She looks like she looks Cape Verdean or Angolan colored (mix).
First time visiting your channel, dear lord you are so beautiful girl, you look like a real life Disney princess 😀
Yes GIRLLL! I love videos like this!! You can now say "Im black with a little bit of white"
um sweets youre taking offense to nothing that was serious. @Mrskinky
MRSKINKY1 yea so if you had a problem with it you should've skipped my comment
Just for Fun Rt, I was confused because im black just like her
Your skin is really pretty
We could be cousins tho loool..
not lost....hidden
I'm a quarter Filipino, but I'm ginger with freckles however my eyes look a bit Asian.
Beautiful African-American sister👊🏽✌🏽
seeing all the slavery comments has me annoyed, just chill out she is still a beautiful woman.
We have the same percentages. 66% African and 32% EuropeAn.
Thank you sharing, I just did my Ancestry Dna results video, it's great to see other people sharing their unique ethnic background. I also get that to the, what are you? question.
you were really cute. I'm happy for your happiness. ❤
You have the cutest accent! Great vid.
I seriously think you are just African American maybe like 12% something else lol.
American is a nationality not a race.
This is awesome, I have to try it out myself too, thanks for sharing!
check out israelunite.org
according to Deuteronomy Chapter 28 in the KJV (original Bible) we the so-called "African Americans" are from the tribe of Judah, apart of the 12 Tribes of Israel, God's chosen people.
Adrianna Israel from your picture you look so beautiful!!! ❤
how did you get your hair so nice she fluffy
Feonalilly ITS NATURAL FOR BLACK ASMERICANS WITH LONGBHAIR. JUST WASH IT BIG BRAIDS & DONT STRAIGHTEN IT COMV IT OUT EITH A BIG. COMB. THE BLOW DRYER WORKS TOO
did you know native americans are black? also, they don't have the capacity to trace all of your lineage. they can only tell you a part of your story. =)
Vegans On Thrones thank you for saying this
Very Interesting..... Gonna have to try this! Thanks Maryam!
Israelite
Obadiah Ben Yahuwah Ppl are in denial. Don't waste your breath anymore.
