  • @TB12710
    @TB12710 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    I really enjoyed this catamaran build however imo I think there’s too many bathrooms that could be utilized for other space options. Imo the mini galley down, instead of a crew quarter make that the shower for the entire boat, taking out the bed would allow for an ultra deluxe modern two head rain shower, and again if it’s my boat I want a large porcelain toilet with a laday. So from the minute you open the door it would be a shower area with the toilet to the side somewhere, I’d also incorporate an area where there would be a waterproof bin where a clean change of clothing and dirty clothes could be stored while using the shower so your new clothing doesn’t get wet. With this potentially being the only bath on board for the whole boat to use it opens up more possibilities for the boat, more sleeping room for the crew and other guests and also significantly less weight added to the boat build. I also have another idea that is good for men, this would free up the toilet for the ladies to use more often. I suggest a tube in each sleeping cabin that’s big enough at the top ( the entrance ) for an erect penis to fit into. And all these tubes would meet up at the same place and drain into the ocean. Essentially a urinate tube. And so people don’t stuff things down it you would want to add a tough and durable metal grille / mesh so that only liquid can pass through it, having one of these discreetly placed in each cabin would be a huge game changer. Trust me, all those bathrooms aren’t needed for the boat.

    • @TheCatamaranCompany
      @TheCatamaranCompany  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We thank you for your comment and your observations. While we could personally think of more than one problem with an urinating tube set up (unpleasant smells entering the cabin, the potential for ocean water intrusion with bad weather, etc) it may serve as inspiration for some designers or naval engineers. By the way, Sunreef is well known for offering some of the most customizable layouts in the industry. Also, don't forget to subscribe to our channel.

    • @TB12710
      @TB12710 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The Catamaran Company no unpleasant smells would enter the cabin because it would have a cap on it, trust me when I say this too would also be state of the art. I’m being serious. In no way am I joking about this “ product “ , sit down and think about it, this could help you. And an item like this could be placed where you ( Sunreef ) thinks it’s best place to put it. And personally I think you can do it! Invent it! Make it happen. Seriously brothers, this is a game changer. Two bathrooms tops is all that’s needed for a boat this size. One up front and one in the back especially with the tubes which not to discriminate against the women could only be used by the men. It’s something to think about. Also remember you want it so the tubes would only except liquid, you don’t want some “idiot” person stuffing them with marbles. Btw, I love your catamarans. Sunreef catamaran’s are imo the crème de la crème of sailing cats / powered cats / solar hybrid cats. I’m in awe and this galley up catamaran was beautiful as well. I think Sunreef should also think of incorporating daggerboards on some of her builds. Again like you had said previously Sunreef offers some of the most customizable layouts. Peace! Love this boat!

The rigging, layout of the lines, simplicity of the 4 electric winches at arms reach. All of those factors, and others, combine to allow a relatively large vessel like "Endless Horizon" be sailed short handed.

      Some buyers get the boat, make good use of it for a couple of years, and then they re-sell it. Depending on the brand, condition, etc, catamarans are generally regarded as holding their value better than other vessels, so it's not such a bad proposition as it could seem at first.
