My hats off to the Tributo. This one tops the GT3RS right now for me. I skipped to the driving portion to see what she do. Certain cars just fill that spot that connects with you deep down and ticks off ALL the boxes.
My buddy had a Ferrari 308 and I could hear that car when he was still two miles away coming to pick me up. This was 1983-84 and we would take that beast out on the road and then terrorize the streets of Boston. Great review and awesome ride! That motor is out of sight.

16:40. I'm 42 now, when I was 8, my dad had a 308 gtb. I remember doing donuts in that car in an empty parking lot. (He's had a plethora of cars since, including 2 other Ferraris. That 308 was by far my favorite!)

I agree with you completely about the F40. My favorite car. I remember in 1992 I looked at one in Santa Monica. They had one used for $220k. I tried to justify payments but couldn't swing it. Now that same car is worth $1.5 million bucks. Sigh.
Wow , first of all amazing review of every detail exterior and interior. (That a/c control zonk !🤣) She's gorgeous inside out.its amazing what Ferrari has done with the turbo setup . My dream Ferrari is the 458 Italia speciale though , that NA 9000 rpm soul is like no other. It took alittle bit of time to get use to the 488 gtb styling but its grown on me and this tributo is a beautiful evolution of the 488. Glad this happened for you . If one has the financial means to purchase a Ferrari, one could afford a Corvette as well. It is unlikely anybody is cross-shopping the two vehicles.
This car will always be a FERRARI at the end of the day! In a year you will see C8 Corvettes all over the place.

When I saw the circular tail lights on the Ferrari I was so upset Chevy decided to stick with the Camaro lights on the C8 Corvette.

It took alittle bit of time to get use to the 488 gtb styling but its grown on me and this tributo is a beautiful evolution of the 488. Glad this happened for you . That car is amazing. Thanks for the video. I'v wanted a Ferrari 308 GTSi for 35 years now. Yes I loved Magnum PI. I know it's no performer but I would still like to have one. Yes I'm a C8 fan boy too. I'v owned a 1988 Z51, a 1991 ZR-1, and currently enjoy a 2011 CTS-V. I do look forward to acquiring a C8 Vette, can't quite afford the Tributo, but I love and respect it after this video. Thanks. Be well and stay safe.
