So, my husband is a retired fire captain, and I am a retired fire dispatcher… I loved hearing the reports in the Firemans log… I started working for the fire department in 1978, and he started in 1979… Funny thing is, it was two completely different fire departments in different counties but both in California… We never met until 1991 and got married in 92, and we are both very familiar with fire department logs. Me, because as a dispatcher sometimes we had to get info from them, and him as a captain because he filled them out every day that he was on duty… I doubt you will see any reports from that far back in your stash about women fireman, although now you will find Women as captains, battalion chiefs, Chiefs, as well as every other rank. I would love to get my hand on some of our old logs, and even more so on some of the really old old logs from days Gone by… Such interesting stuff 😁. You would be surprised at some of the calls we received. Some were funny, some embarrassing, some ridiculous and some disturbing…. I just wanted to thank you for bringing back memories from my younger days… Keep on junk journaling, I love watching you and always love hearing from Sunny.
Suggestion for a future junk journal post: I know a lot of crafters who are trying to figure out how to craft while traveling. Some have flown and are in hotels with spouses who are at week-long conferences, some are in RV's in winter snowbird parks, some are in vans with a tiny amount of space to store supplies, driving daily, some are camping and basically always outdoors or in their car. I would love to see what you can visualize in each situation and how to put together a junk journal in each. Work your magic, Pam!
Oh Pam! The struggle is real, is it not? The entire time you were making the "How not to do" journal I was, like, "I don't see a problem here", even when you glued the back of the book page and went to slide it in cuz that's the way I've always done it. Now, I'd like to think of myself as being fairly quick on the uptake but - I just gotta say - it never occurred to me to put the liner in first, THEN glue it down. You, my friend, are clearly a genius! 👏👏👏👏 With much awe and respect 😮😲🤯 MK 😘❤🏜❤😘

Hi Pam, I heard you on an earlier video request feedback from us on a subject that we struggle with, I respectfully ask for help (HELP) putting Signatures in our journals. I have the Crocodile big bite (yea) my struggle is when I line up the signatures and punch them, then I move to the spine, for me it usually a hidden spin, anyway lining up the holes is so hard for me i can not figurer out why. I end up with miss matched signature holes and spin hole. Thank you for you help .
Only you could turn a mistake into an entertaining video! Your humor and silly voices and comments keep me laughing but my husband not so much! I have to listen when he’s not around!
Seeing you use the Bible pages made me think of a joke. A husband was annoyed and tired of waking up and finding no coffee made. So he finally asked his wife, “remember the days when you made coffee for us each morning? What happened?” She replied, “well ya know, we can find any answer to life in the Bible.” “What does that have to do with coffee?” He asked. She said, “ The Bible tells me it’s your job to brew the coffee.” “Where?!?” He asked. She opened her Bible and pointed, “right here.” He looked down to see where it said; Hebrews!!! 🥁 😂
theres psychologic study behind the phenomenon of giving objects human characteristics. if you find yourself feeling empathetic to an object when you feel it is not necessary, a step to take is thanking the object. empathetic people can suffer from projecting these feelings too hard onto things such as; ripping a paper youve humanized. some may feel real grief over this.
Oh Pam. Did you rip up a Bible?!? Made me cringe. Would you also rip up a flag? No, b/c that's disrespectful. Please find another way to include God's word in your journals. Other than that, I like your book page lined envelopes. Please don't hate me...

Hi Pam,
I heard you on an earlier video request feedback from us on a subject that we struggle with, I respectfully ask for help (HELP) putting Signatures in our journals.

Silly question. Why would you not just open the envelope and revlose it after paper is added to the inside?
Only you could turn a mistake into an entertaining video! Your humor and silly voices and comments keep me laughing but my husband not so much! I have to listen when he’s not around!
eu preciso comprar esse envelope amanhã será possível Michele Jundiaí
What is a fundell?
You were saying who on… and I thought you were going to say who on first ( you know the famous saying about baseball 😂
