  • In this video you will join in a part of one of my live weekly group memory training sessions. You will learn and practice placing items in a memory palace.
Memory palaces, mind palaces or sometimes known as Method of Loci, what ever you may call them they make memorizing new information really easy. They are especially useful when you need to learn a list of information in order, or if the information you need to memorize is long or complex.
The best place to start is with a simple list, like the one in this lesson and then progress up to more difficult information.
You can also find out more about how to build and use memory palaces in my blog:

Hi. The more you know and identify with your style of humor, the greater the possibility of connecting the elements and creating a link of elements to memorize. This is very personal, because I can have very cartoonish, random, surreal or exaggerated humor. Other people have immoral humor, black humor, etc. Internally there are no moral criteria if they are to be applied to elements that are ordered in a chain of things. As you said, it's a matter of creativity. I add to this that it is a question of personality and how one sees the world.
I recently joined your FB page.
Thank you very much for the advice and greetings from South America.

I watched your Tedx. In the comments section, you said you would have a book out in about a year. Is there one?

it's good. Can you list of the real life uses for this? shopping list is what everyone seems to teach, nobody teach the real life uses. Why always shopping list. It's become boring.

Thank you for your comment, yes I agree, shopping lists are always shown. It is mostly because more complex information requires a bit more practice and so the 'simple' introduction is the easy one to get people started. I will add more complex uses in other upcoming videos very soon :)
