One thing I have noticed is the autofocus seemingly turned off, even though the AF is set to AF-C and not manual. The face detect boxes and eye tracking even showed up. Only happened on Firmware 2.0 so far. Rebooting the camera fixed it, but very scary when it happened during a shoot.
We had an issue last week where the background matched the couple perfectly, so the autofocus on both eFX3 and A7IV was losing its mind. Im fairly confident thats a one off for us. HAs your issue happened again?
@@WeddingVideographyForBeginners We need to see the same lens on each camera in the same situation at the same time or its not a test. Its just someone shooting 2 cameras with 2 different lenses at things.
@@_FrontFootFilms_ I know what you are saying. I definitely think that saying each camera body would react differently to the same lens, despite all other variables being the same would be a stretch.

This test is useless if you're not comparing apples to apples (same lens with same lens)
I’d disagree. The camera on the bottom did all three brands. Plus we use these all the time interchangeably with no issues.

You did what you could with what you have. You could have spent 40 to rent 2 of the same lens and make this a real test and you didnt. It's all good.
