Good Day, hope all is well. Question, when 2fa is enabled for the organization, how does this work for users using Outlook with GWSMO? Is Outlook prompted for the 2fa code?

Sure, you can restrict access to your Google site to specific devices. Go to Google Sites>Settings>Permissions>Devices>Add device.
