Modern Knuckles: Less serious, has a decent sense of humour while still maintaining common sense and intelligence. But he still somehow gets duped by Eggman even after the events of Sonic 3 & Knuckles. Comic Knuckles: Smartass, always knows what he's doing and would make a great leader. Boom Knuckles: Lacks common sense, completely sad, relies on Sonic and friends, very idiotic. When he gets a chance to shine he completely ruins it, like when he became mayor for the day. He doesn't get duped by Eggman though... he purposefully joins him once!
