I made the original version of this God of War remake in 2021 for the Retro Game Jam. I made a short about it and people were interested in a long form video but I wanted to add their suggestions as well so I updated the game and made this video about it :) Hope you enjoyed it.

Here’s a tip: When I do pixel art I overlay a semi transparent image where some of the pixels are darker to add color variation very easily and then I delete the excess pixels
