    Do y'all know a way to safely remove white rust from galvanized steel? Also, what would cause powder coating to be fragile i.e. chips/scratches too easily

      Hi there, I checked with our technical team and this was their response:
      The best way I know to remove white rust is by mechanical means (sanding or blasting). There are some chemical processes, but they can be expensive and not to environmentally friendly.
      Typically, what makes a powder coating fragile is an under cured product. A urethane can also be fragile if it is applied to heavy.
