Have you tried Paul Rubens metallic watercolors? I'm planning on getting them because The Frugal Crafter loves them.
No I haven’t had the chance to try them. Yes I know she thinks highly of that set. I find the Art Whale set to be pretty opaque. Therefore, not sure just yet if I will purchase the Paul Rubens.
