0:25 Hi Stanley. I remember watching your People Behaving Badly in SF. I loved watching you. I remembered that you did a story about these neck breaking scooters. They finely made it to Salt Lake City Utah. I Hate These Blasted Dangers. I use a power chair and I have nearly been hit by them on more occasions than not. People love to leave them in the middle of the sidewalks, curb-cuts, next to the buttons to signal the traffic light etc. If you have a petition to BAND Them Please share the link so I can Sign It. Keep up the great work.
Fast forward to 2022, the ban is still in place, and according to threads on Reddit, just not really enforced. I liked the one girls' take, that college students aren't great at listening 😂 so true!
Kind of ridiculous, I went to ASU in the late 90s, no ban on wheels and thank God, sometimes I'd have 10 minutes to get to my next class over a mile away.
City needs to do what Santa Barbara did........ impound them and make the scooter company PAY to get them back. Lime Green scooters forgot to get permits..... ooopppsie!!!! I think they impounded over 200 scooters !!!
here is a way to get the scooter companies attention. Have the campus employees pick up all the scooters and lock them up. Charge the scooter companies $1,000.00 each to get them back. Then the scooter company can bill the account of the last rider to use them. This is our next generation of entitled citizens
Those kids are so disrespectful Hope the school finds a way to stop the scooters we got rid of scooters I believe that they were found in the canal in Indy
Buttercookie Cinnamini watch and listen to the whole video carefully ASU didn't ban exercising they only ban scooters from certain parts of their campuses for the safety of their students.
@@eiserntorsphantomoftheoper2154 You are missing the point ASU bans scooters on certain parts of their campuses for the safety of their students your question has nothing to do with these people that are breaking ASU rules.

120 U SEE BADGE ON RIGHT OF VEST WAIT FOR IT
at least they don't have park anywhere where lights
Bring back the 21 year old laws. Most children under 21 can't be trusted to drink, smoke, drive (or apparently even use sidewalks) properly.
The guy @ 155 mark is trying to get some
Lol i thought it was the guy peacocking /jumping around on the scooter in motion, trying to get some attention
Loved that guy dancing a jig on his moving scooter. America's best and brightest!
These rules are stupid just let them ride scooters

Fine em'! That'll get their attention...
Why would you ban exercise?

Which is more exercise? Walking or riding a scooter with a motor ?
