Road Trip Davao to Siargao

- The trip was not thoroughly planned and there are lot's of unknown variables along the way. Well, that's make this an adventure which adds up to the fun.Overall, we have driven over 950 kilometers of the national road from Davao to Hayanggabon and back. It did not include the boat travel getting to Siargao. Places shown here are the following: Tinuy-an falls, Sibadan Fish Cage, Enchanted River, Licuatan Cold Spring, Britania islands, Bedonne Resort, Club Tara Resort, Dapa, Cloud 9 Surf Beach, Town of General Luna (GL), Magpupungko Pool in Pilar, Siargao, Montevista in Davao del Norte. How much did u spend for petrol from davao to sirgao?
Hi. We only refilled our tank once when we reached Surigao City...So maybe 2,500 to 3K pesos...Hope this helps.....Have fun.

In our case we left our car for a couple of days in Hayanggabon Port, Surigao (fee is 50 pesos/ day) because our intention is to go to Sohoton Cove first before proceeding to Dapa. Leave your car in Surigao City and ride the ferry to Dapa. You can rent a motorcycle for a fee of 500 pesos/day (plus gas). Much cheaper and convenient. Besides, everything in Siargao is easily accessible by motorcycle. And more fun!
Hi there. Broken kasi yung trip namin as we spent overnight in every places. Perhaps 9 hrs from Davao to Hayanggabon and the same back to Davao via Butuan. Its probably lower if you drive straight to Hayanggabon port in Surigao.

@@lynacecoronadoHi there...yes, it is safe....you can ask around and there is a store nearby who had a large parking space..I think 100 per night is the rate..

Hello, cant say how many hours because we stopped and spent nights in different places....we left the car in Hayanggabon Port in Surigao...

Yes, you can bring the car. From Mindanao, you can go to Surigao city. There's a ferry there where you can bring your car to Dapa, Siargao.

Hi there....since we came from the east coast we did not go to Surigao City where you can bring your car to Dapa City in Siargao. Instead we went to Hayangabon in Surigao del Norte where we elft our car for 2 days...Our target is Sohoton with the cave and jelly fish in mind. Maybe an hour crossing from the mainland and about two hours by boat going north to Dapa City.
