    Public officials hate the cameras for one reason: it documents how wasteful American tax dollars are. Loads of workers with fancy titles that have too much time on their hands and not a lot of work to show for it. You see it in every building.

    Outstanding! I’ve been binge watching this channel & must say the way you handle every single situation you are put in is handled with such impressive energy! You state facts and inform our government with information they should already know! Love your style and how you follow up and hold everyone accountable! Security guard did a great job! So glad I found this channel, will and have been sharing! I just encountered the worst postmaster this morning and used some of your verbiage towards her! All these government jobs must require you to be angry, rude, lazy and not knowledgeable to be hired. It’s incredibly sad how they treat us WE THE PEOPLE, like peasants.     I was there with my wife a few months ago and they kept trying to tell me to stand somewhere else or sit down and other things like that. I just kept staring at them and occasionally barked and then said oh wait I'm not a dog.

      The TAXPAYERS paid for that building.

      They have made it more open for years which when you or I talk to them everyone can hear. They ask for social security numbers and DOB phone numbers if it's medical assistance then they can ask you how many pregnancies that you have had.

      Just came home from the hospital. They have to huge TV screen on the wall showing names of people and where they are, as in the operating room, post OP, recovery room. There's as many as 12 names up so you can track where your Loved one is. But EVERYONE ELSE in the building can always know what is going on, who you Dr is. They can take their HIPPA and shove it. The HIPAA is for them to obey and they're not obeying the law.

    This is a typical example of enriched self entitled public servants who need to be removed from these positions. Maybe this entire department needs to be privatized with public audits and compensation based on performance.

      Even people who are financially low income can do it.
      It's a LONG process, it's not easy, but it's definitely worth it.
      I'm an American. Our constitution protects people like ME!
      Contrary to popular belief, police officers don't have to read anyone our Miranda rights.
      You MUST know them yourselves.
      Get educated on what and how our constitution is.
      Either exercise our constitutional rights or LOSE them.
      Or have them taken away from you.

      That's how our First Amendment works,but it doesn't always work that way.
      If I get thrown out,just because I had been merely exercising our First Amendment rights,and I have not been bothering anybody,then they had violated my constitutional right.
      Our First Amendment. Since it's a public facility, it's ANYONE'S property.
      That's what the TAXPAYERS have PAID for.
      It's not their building ; it's OURS.
      And any security guard puts their hands on me, I'm going to be film it.
      Allied Universal security guards are known to get out of hand. And act like they are police officers.
      Security guards are NOT cops!
      They DO NOT have the authority to kick anybody out for something that's NOT against the law.
      They have NO authority to do that.
      Police officers are public servants.
      . I'm so glad THEY didn't get called in.

    This woman sounds so disrespectful to those she is "supposedly" trying to protect. You nailed it TTA! They are not customers.....They are called clients, or because she's throwing out the term HIPAA, then the term patients also applies. According to the Cambridge Dictionary, the definition of a client is someone who receives services, while a customer is a person who buys goods and services.

    I think when you told the security guard that she might be a party to a violation of your constitutional rights to record in a public place, she backed off because she didn't want to be a defendant in a lawsuit! And I think Ms. Ford was apprehensive about it as well! As usual, great job! ❤👍✊💪

    That was a really good point. I've had situations where job asks me to do illegal stuff or ask me to do stuff. That was illegal for them to ask me to do. And I've refused because there's laws protecting you when you refuse and you do the right thing. The law will protect you.

    I’m all for these audits and love watching a few different channels on here. Seems this guy likes to frequent health departments and dcfs buildings. I personally think people in those type of buildings should be more censored! What if someone is down on their luck and needs to apply for Medicaid and or welfare! That could very well be quite embarrassing for some! A little respect and just some common decency for those patrons would be great! Thank goodness not all auditors frequent establishments like that!

    She’s correct when she calls them customers because that’s the way the government looks at the people. I’ve been in healthcare for 20+ years and it’s baffling how many in “leadership” have a fundamental misunderstanding of HIPAA. I wish the security guard lived in my area so I could hire her to work for the people, not customers.

      @@SpaceClick I had a store clerk jump on my back for no mask, saying I do not conse...I didn't even get to finish the sentence they jumped on me and tried to push me out of the door. Run around from middle management , talked to ceo, and the employee was fired. Bargain was made. Gaslit by police and captain ,reluctantly he filed the report complaint, I gave this to the CEO and asked how can we fix this.

      Because it's the right thing to do? Just because something is legal does not mean it's moral. If he felt that it was the right thing to do at the time, then that's what he thought. Are you trying to control what he does? Do you think his freedom and rights are about doing what you want? If you have suggestions on how to make the audits better, go ahead and suggest them, but don't tell him what he NEEDS to do.

      Police officers are public servants.
      .they had sworn to protect our constitution. The moment they had graduated from the police academy.
      I don't care how many years they've been in the police force.
      Their job is hard enough.

    Outstanding audit. Things can go left when dealing with certain personality types. The security guard displayed better temperament, social skills, and overall intellectual capacity than the administrator of the building, which is wild but I genuinely hope that the Administrator does some self reflecting after she watches her behavior from a different angle. Good stuff.

    I hope you follow-up on that complaint because I have a sneaking suspicion that went right straight into the garbage can.
    I would definitely contact her supervisorand make sure that she received that complaint, if not that would be a blatant obstruction of your complaint. Which is a pretty serious no no that should come with consequences for those involved.
