At first I thought the dog was going to be put down but it actually looks okay so I'm guessing the man was the one who would pass away soon and knew it would happen.
Not to sound negative, but I dislike it when people record them doing random acts of kindness for views and fame. I've seen so many videos where people record for attention, it doesn't seem as genuine. I've helped people out before but I don't record myself doing it, it just comes off as being a show off. If someone helped me while recording themselves then I would think they were only doing it for the attention and praise, I actually know people who seek praise from others in that way since they'll help someone and gloat about it to everyone and anyone who listens which just makes it seem so phony.

I am all for the world been a kinder better place and doing my bit to be as kind to others and helping people to the best of my abilities BUT you don’t feed rats they are classed as pests so do not feed them, they have many many baby’s every year and I mean ALOT so we do not want to help them progress any faster than normal, and yes I do know my stuff because pest and vermin control is my job and I deal with rats daily and they are pests and do a lot of serious damage aswell as make people extremely sick etc.

We have eight cats that all love each other. They were feral but now quite tame and very healthy and spoiled rotten.
