Great content man! Hopefully you are getting enough support to continue what you are doing. I am currently in Bogota and going to travel latin America for the next four months. Trying to learn some more spanish from your videos and hopefully some day talking even close to your level. Especially with mujeres Latinas! Madre Mia!
As someone who went to Honduras every summer for 12 years. La Ceiba is not as dangerous compared to other places in Honduras. Titles like this make my country seem more dangerous then what it actually is. Overall good video, please stay safe and enjoy your time in my country.
and a big difference between being brave, and being stupid. Stupid is going out gambling not knowing what will happen. Brave is knowing what could happen, and knowing you can walk through it. You are right, it is hard for a tourist to know what is dangerous and what is not. I have never traveled to Honduras but spent most of my life in Asia and each time I go to a new country I have to "learn" how to be brave by knowing my surroundings and being prepared. One of the ways you be prepared, is you buy the man on the corner something to eat. I would be wearing bigger clothes, anyone can carry anything under big clothes. Wearing a tshirt is as good as being naked to a bandit, they know you are a small fish with no tail in a big pond.
I'm a white gringo moving to La Ceiba and I do not feel it is very dangerous. I do see homeless drug addicts at the beach and in central at night, but most are too high to notice you. The other ones call you brother and simply beg for money. I even go eat baleadas at night at the line and grab mexican tacos next door. I'm from Houston and it feels safer in La Ceiba. I just wanted to leave this here for any future curious travelers. Do not be afraid, but do use your brain especially at night.
Timmy, I like the way you've got the balls go where ever you want to go, and just meld in with the people with your good sense of humor, and excellent Spanish language skills. It lets us see a lot of things off the beaten tourist track, and meet all kinds of interesting people along the way. Good Channel Man!

I ended up eating NINEE of them because it was so irresistible that I couldn’t have enough the first time 🤣🤣🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Always be alert whenever you are in dodgy areas 🙏🏼🙏🏼 ciao dude !
Hi Timmy. I'm a huge fan. I find your videos super entertaining, so thanks for all the content. So no offence in saying this, but sometimes you really do put yourself in sketchy situations. You could get robbed one day if you are in the wrong place at the wrong time. Stay safe man. Peace!
I felt really creeped out when I watched the video. It felt really suspenseful just like playing a Resident Evil game, seeing the streets completely empty while its really dark outside and the infrastructure in bad condition. It felt like something surprising would happen at any moment.
Timmy you are doing a great job, you are my type of person, I travel to help less privileged people, I like helping monetarily and also with food or anything anyone wanted from me I help out, it's good to be Godly than to be satanic, kudos brother, God bless you and enrich your hustle

Maybe someone answered already but you asked about why the taxi honked at you. In some countries and places taxis will simply honk to get your attention to see if maybe they can get a fare. I'm in Canada and taxis don't do that here. Safe and Happy trails man. Although safety can be highly overrated. 🐺
