- The Rud-ro.A, also known as the "Roa", is an advanced high-performance mobile suit developed by the Kingdom of Foundation using ZAFT technology, built in small numbers as the mainstay unit of the Black Knight Squad. It utilizes many advanced technologies, such as the new Femto Technology Armor to defend against beam weaponry.
Each Rud-ro.A unit can be accompanied by multiple ZGMF-1017Q GINN-R or AMF-101Q/4 DINN-R unmanned drone mobile suits, which are controlled from the Rud-ro.As to act as wingmen. To facilitate this, each Rud-ro.A unit can emit a targeting laser from their eyes which can "paint" a target for their drone companions to attack.

I love seeing these guys getting annihilated by Shinn, once their superpower doesn't work they just become normal pilots with extremely hight tech suits.
This was similar to how the innovators in 00 relied on Veda and then got one sided slaughtered by celestial beings. This movie honestly got a lot of nice references to older gundam series besides just seed and Sd

Shinn managed to redeem himself in just one movie and managed to make my top 3 favorite gundam pilots
i mean that was the original intent of the screenwriter, supposedly this movie sequel was to come out right after destiny to redeem Shinns character, like destiny was just a lead up to Shinn becoming integral to the story, sadly due to complications it had to be postponed until the screenwriter died in 2016 and to honor her they finally made the movie. So for years people have had a bad perception for Shinn despite not knowing that it wasn't the end for his story and he was "destined" to do great things which is why its called seed destiny in the first place.

There is a hidden detail the stuff placed to confuse us. Liu, Griffin and Daniel were taken down before Redelards death explosion dissipatated. Which means under a minute. Their distraction was momentary and Shinn used the moment immediately, without overthinking. They blew up simultaniously. Homewer, Liu wasn't the 1. one to go down. If you slow down, you notice that Griffins Rud-Ro, the 1 on Shinns right, blew up a tiny-winy bit before others. Meaning, he was defeated 1.. This is how it went:
Shinn with his clones rushed them. He went right past the boys, who were completely confused by this new development, and went after Redelard, who was at the end of their formation and the least likely target, which surprised them. Just as Hilda was going in for the killing blow, Shinn was pulling his boomerangs and making more clones. Immediately as Redelard died, before her blast could dissipitate, Shinn threw his boomerangs at Griffin, and then took him out, leaving behind a clone. He then rushed Liu with the sword, slew him and left a clone. He then freed his hand and used it to give Daniel Gundams equivalent of Chidori. He held his sword in his other hand. It looked like he multiplied and the clones were solid because of his speed.
I'd call Shinn's maneuver at the end a Heat End, myself.

二度目でシンにそっくりそのまま返され戦闘で、精神汚染をシンにかけた時点で敗北必至やった。(ステラの魂はベルリンでキラに致命傷を負ってしまいステラはシンの目の前で息を引き取った。何処かの湖で、ステラを利用されぬよう手の届かぬ水の深い底へと沈んでいた。)

グリフィンだけやたら手の込んだ落とされ方してて笑った
生きていくうえで嫌でも味わう「失敗」「絶望」「恐怖」「挫折」「悲劇」などの負の経験を全くしてない温室育ちな奴らがシンたちに叶うはずもない。
デスティニープランや特殊能力、機体性能に100%依存しきったことが完全に裏目に出た良い例だ
デスティニープランは成功する道しかないから失敗から何も学べないし、
特殊能力はシンに全然効かず逆にリデラードの死の恐怖が伝播して発狂し、
アコード全員に言えるけど機体性能はこっちが上だと慢心して旧式機に屠られる
シュラばっかり言われるけどブラックナイツ全員使えない奴らしかいない
It just show the Destiny plan flaw,the only thing is,there is no happy fairytale ending for such conflict,the cycle will repeat themselves,unless you forced or turned everyone into an Alien with single mindhive,kinda like what 00 does in their story,everyone in future either become Els mixed with Innovator to ensure everyone has only single objective in humanity,effectively ruled by higher being like the main character in the series,that already transcended into Godhood like Setsuna(Alien Els Innovator hybrid with supernatural power)

@@weregarurumon3202 Me too. They probably went into upper atmosphere to wait out the fires. Than they descended to their secret hangar where Gullveig was waiting. They launched it and rendezvous with the escape shuttle to pick up the others and Lacus before moving to Artemis.

Athrun knows the rules of the game - as the saying goes, once you lose your cool, you're toast and that's what happened to Shura in the end. Notice that all of the Black Knights were cool in the beginning and panicking in the end, that's the difference between winning and losing.

@@WestbrickFansGotNoBrains Shinn is the opposite of most SEED bearers and fighters, he is a Berserker, he is at his best when he is just mindlessly attacking, but his Coordinator build and the SEED mode allows him to properly direct all this attack power, essentially giving direction to the mindless fighter he becomes during battle.

3:28 デスティニーの対艦刀って、劇中最強クラスの攻撃力だし、普通のシールドなら一刀両断されてるけど、それを一回は耐えて、数回でやっと叩き斬れるのって、結構な耐久性だろうな。
1:58 イモータルジャスティスで敗北こそしたけど、実はイモジャもブラックナイツの分身攻撃にそこまで惑わされずに対処出来てるんだよな。
デスティニーの方がポテンシャルを最大限に発揮しやすいとはいえ、イモジャも結構な高性能なのも否めない。
SEED発動後のダニエルとの戦闘でシールド切ってたのか…動きが早すぎて気づかなかった
その辺もSPEC2への強化で武器自体に手を加えなかったのが出てるね。
勿論自慢のスピードを乗せた突貫なら貫けるだろうけど、斬り払いだと手数が必要となる。
逆に言えばまだまだ強化の余地があるとも同義。例えば、大剣は伸縮変形と出力調整により片手剣と両手剣の切り替えが可能、とかね。片手剣サイズでも十分威力が出るのはルドラの重斬刀で証明されてるし

Are these after images new for the Destiny Gundam Spec 2? Because if they're not, and the original Destiny could do them too. Then this display tells me that Athrun should've realistically died when they fought at the end of Seed Destiny. 🤔
Overall, these MS have the technology to dissipate beam shots and a tracer for their drones.

火力を補う為に随伴させてる無人機で体勢を崩した所を攻撃がブラックナイツの戦術だけど、最終決戦でそれらを殲滅されたのが連中がボコボコにされる遠因のひとつになってる感じ
あとグリフィンだけ他の連中と比べてえらい殺意高い殺され方してるのと、リデラード以外撃墜された時のカットインも断末魔もなく瞬殺されてるの草
リデラート機以外は「やられ役」の量産機らしい最期でしたね。
グリフィン機だけに関してはビームブーメランからゼロ距離名無し砲だったからね。
シンを何度も馬鹿にし続けた分、彼に相応しい末路でしたね。

実際量産型デスティニーの部隊であるコンクルーダーズを考えると、近接用の実体剣を扱いやすく小振りにしつつあとはライフルとシールドって構成はまぁ妥当じゃないかな。
ランチャーについては場合によっては必要だけどオプションで良い気もするし、パルマについては特に難があるからね。
ブメについても無人機で多角攻撃を抑えつつ、足りない火力補助になるしね。
良くも悪くもルドラは万能に仕上げすぎた。何かに突出した個性が無いから器用貧乏で終わった感はある。
Not going to lie, but I mistook the thumbnail as the mobile suit using a big microphone as if it's about to sing.
I cannot tell how fulfilling it was to see these feckers get utterly annihilated.

mu has partial awareness. so it's definitely weaker than the black knight enhanced ability.
Spartial Awarness has nothing to do with future reading. The closest thing of that is Mu detect Rau or Rey when they are in area
後半ルドラ集というよりデスティニー集と化してて草

The part that doesn't make sense is that Femto Technology Armor is suppose to be susceptible against solid attacks - missiles, physical ammo, etc.. and yet we see one of them eating the ArchAngel's CIWS headon and not a single scratch......
It is still high end armor. The idea of they focus all the defense properties on Beam is ridiculous.
It should be stronger than armor on mass production suits. Maybe way stronger

i watched seed and seed freedom as a kid so forgive me if I misremembered some events. I watched Freedom recenetly. Can someone explain to me when the scene of the pink knight slashing strike freedom happens? I remember the scene in the movie looking like a flashback. Does that mean they encountered each other before? thanks

Machines piloted by telepaths is bull-crap.
The Femto armor gimmick may seem nice, but once the battery is topped up, where does the absorbed energy go?
Without another outlet, seems like a massive flaw that could result in massive losses.
Beam MGs, Beam gatlings or higher energy weapon system would break these so called superior suits pretty quickly.
Guess the creators/writers didn't think that through too well, drawing from gundam build fighters to justify that gimmick.
We don't exactly know the energy consumption level of either the beam mantle nor the "half-asleep duplicate", but they can't be cheap either... So i guess they simply consume this excess of energy... Also the femto armor might not absorb the entirety of the beam energy, which would explain the visual effect on the armor
when we get da beam shotgun, these things gonna have their battery drained in seconds

Fukuda said they will be making a prequel OVA on the Freedom Hijack incident. It was originally planned to be a prologue episode but it got scrapped. You could see the wreckage of a Zeus Silhouette in the background in the scene where the purple Rudora was running towards the Strike Freedom(Type 1). Maybe whoever stole the Strike Freedom also used the Zeus Silhouette.

Either Rising and Immortal sucked or they finally encountered competent pilots... Which immediately Annihilated in like 2 seconds. Even if Beam weapons are useless against the Black knights there is no way in hell they could have out maneuver kira especially Athrun. That guy is a close quarter monster. The entire fight was so miserable. its like oh beam weapons dont work, guess i'll pilot this heep of garbage like a regular grunt. I mean Jesus fucking Christ this is not the first time they encounter MS with anti beam shields or what ever. but I guess they just completely forgot that Akatsuki and Forbidden existed and just kept spamming their beam rifles at the black knights like a bunch of goons.

Let’s be honest, Kira was somewhat out of form throughout the movie! Maybe, the regret of not being able to solve the world’s issues and thinking it as his own fault and being tired from
Fighting every now and then made him be out of his form. Because we can see, it was not just his gundam, but his moral was also down!
