- While the Mosko marketing and media departments were staged along the shores of the Alvord playa last fall filming TGHT Part 1 (haven't seen it? check it: moskomo.to/TGHT1), cofounders Pete (CEO) + Andrew (head of design) set off toward Nevada's Black Rock Desert for an adventure all their own.
Weather in the desert come late fall can be hit or miss - I think it's safe to say they hit it, missed it, and certainly found more challenge than they did ease; 100% Mosko approved, tried and true, hard travel right here! We're coming up on our 10 year anniversary next year (Est. 2013, White Salmon, WA), so it feels a little extra special to follow along as these two explore on motorbikes putting our gear, and themselves to the test. Shoot, we hope you enjoy them as much as we do.

Hey Pete, as someone who uses a LOT of your products, it's great to see you making these videos and being your own brand ambassador with a direct connection to your user base. You not only make great gear for hard motorcycle adventures, you participate and inspire a community of adventure seekers to come along with you. In 40 years of riding bikes, you guys are so unique as a company and also valued in being able to try, test, listen, adopt feedback and then make real iterative improvements that impact us as we go out on 6000 mile adventures with your products. Rode through that canyon last season on the 701. Super rad area. My buddy fell over on his 790 in the huge water crossing.

Man i gave a stranded dual sport some fuel out of my airplane on this route years ago! Now i have a dual sport and will be riding this. Hopefully i don’t run out of fuel!

Hey! Not sure on the specifics of Pete and Andrew's route for this trip, but we all carry satellite communicators like the Garmin inReach in the event that something goes wrong.
