Well, as I understand it, we have two options for cases when someone asks the question “what's up?”. firstly when we meet someone and it is like “hello” and in such situations the most simpliest answer is “Not much” and the second situation is when someone asks what happened and in such cases you simply explain what happened XD correct me if I'm wrong 🙃

"What's been good?" This is another casual and informal way of asking someone about their recent experiences or what's been happening in their life.
It looks grammatically correct, but I don't think I've ever heard that before.
