Am a Bsc.biotechnology student and ur video was very much helpfull in my studies especially in 'Biophysics'.😊😊😊.Ur teaching style and pronunciations make more eager to listening ur video
Really very much inspired by you ma'am .. I had been watch your videos from my 3rd Yr bpharm.... Thankyou for your easiest explanation... #PharmaCtutorial
Shouldn't the fluorescence happen always from the lowest vibrational state of the first singlet state S1? In your sketch at 02:01, the fluorescence arrow seems to start at some random excited singlet state.
Video is nice but fluorescence and phosphorescence m major difference nh bataya h ki fluorescence 10 to the power minus 8 second Mein Hota Hai Aur phosphorescence 10 to the power minus 3 second Mein Hota Hai
Nice explanation, but I have some confusion u mentioned that inter system crossing leads to phosporecence but at last you said its a non rdiative process.... Please correct me
+Aisha Bhat Hi Aisha! It will be my pleasure if I could help you. Inter system crossing is non radiative process whereas phosphorence is a radiative process. But once intersystem crossing occurs the transition from triplet state to singlet ground state causes phosphorence
Mam my question is,. 1) The glow of fireflies is due to the aerial oxidation of luciferin which is an example of: A). Phosphoresence B) chemiluminescence C) fluorescence D) None of these This question is asked in , summer 2019 B.Sc Semister exam I hope you give me reply 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
Light is a consequence of chemical reaction though it is called bioluminescence. So answer should be none of these. But if in your course you haven't came across concept or term of bioluminescence you can go for chemiluminescence as it seems to be more appropriate.

I have made this video long time ago and I used multiple resources so unfortunately I am not very sure now. Sorry
Hi
Is this channel from zeal college of pune
????
My friend is also from that clg
I want to contact my that friend
Can you find her for mi ?
In the diagram, you mentioned phosphorescence from 3 gnd St to 1 gnd state....that should be in triplet right 🙄is it right sis
Thanks
awesome
+saquib jamali thank you!
thank you
Great . Thanks a lot !
Tq for saving time
Mam, we have to need the proper definition of vibrational relaxation.
Nice explanation, but I have some confusion u mentioned that inter system crossing leads to phosporecence but at last you said its a non rdiative process....
Please correct me
+Aisha Bhat Hi Aisha! It will be my pleasure if I could help you.

But once intersystem crossing occurs the transition from triplet state to singlet ground state causes phosphorence
Thank you for clarifying
+Aisha Bhat anytime😊
Thank you!
Jabłoński was Polish, then as a Polish I suggest read Yabuonhsky. Or listen at google translate. :)
Awesome
thanks madam
Nice vidio
Thank you!
Não to entendendo nada
I love you zeal mam😘😘😘
