This video is much more detailed and thorough than others and I certainly appreciate that the presenter isn't speaking with an utterly incomprehensible hindi accent, but all the same, it fails to explain HOW step 5 actually occurs! What exactly is inducing the electron stuck in the triplet state after the intersystem crossing to flip its spin such that it can relax to the ground state without violating the Pauli exclusion principle??
