It's great that they are reading feedback and really listening and adapting. Saw all the rooms in detail full views a lot more enjoyable to watch. Thank you
Hi Matt & Summer, Great videos. I'd like to make a suggestion if I may. The properties you visit are large and the sound when you're speaking can be a bit 'echoey'. Two solutions to improve the sound are: 1. You both wearing body/lav mics. Being closer to you they should capture less room reverb than the camera's microphone. 2. In post production, using audio editing software and plugins to digitally remove/reduce the reverb in the room. Keep the videos coming. 10,000 subscribers coming *VERY* soon!!
Hey thanks for the suggestions - We've just ordered new Boya Lav mics and this will massively improve the sound quality. We do try to improve audio in post production but of course there's still room for improvements. Appreciate the comments and advice we are always looking for ways to improve. Looking forward to 10k! 👍🏽
As I'm 60, (groan), I guess I fit the demographic, lol. But as I'm a 60 year old who didn't win the Lottery last night I get to stay put in my little 1 and a half bed housing association flat on the 2nd floor of a 14 storey tower block which I've lived in these past 23 years! This property is quite a distance from my home in Bedford but as I'm a lone tenant it wouldn't pain me to up sticks to move into a perfectly acceptable spacious dorma. I suppose might argue that 500,000k is a lot pay out for this property but it is in a very peasant location, looks quite peaceful.
Thanks for viewing bungalows. Never done and I know how hard they are to find. You both speak so clearly and are nice and down to earth. Thanks also for the Air Source Pump info. Is it like a heat converter on air con ? Thank you.
Thank you for an excellent video. Given that I live in the UK, it's really great to see some videos of UK properties instead of mostly US ones. The bungalows look well designed. It's good to see there is a garage there, too. I wonder though if it's actually big enough to park a modern car in it. The most likely purchasers of this kind of property often like to park their car in a garage (as do I actually and I'm only in my very early 40's).
Thanks for your comment Miles. Glad you enjoyed the video. There would be space for a small new car but probably not anything with a V8 in lol. Realistically most of the new builds we see don't have garages big enough for modern cars until you hit the £1m + range
Air source heat pumps are interesting tech, but ground source seems like a better solution as ground temps are more stable. That's my layperson's understanding anyway.
Most of these houses are priced so high because of the area rather than the actual property. Crazy isn't it! I guess that's why so many people choose to live on the outskirts and commute in.
Hi Guys well executed video. Absolutely lovely Bungalows. The interior is stunning. From the outside the windows look fantastic do you know what profile windows they are ? Look like Linair flush casement windows? Well done guys very well presented. Kind regards Danny
Great video and properties, only thing that spoilt it was the constant music in the background, maybe turn it down a bit or just play it when your not both in view - gets very repetitive listening to the same music throughout the whole vid.
The smaller one has ‘zero room’ for storage 😱😱😱😱 do they not think older people have a lifetime of ‘stuff’ they need to house - that bungalow is really small
Please get your facts correct. Burton on Trent is in Staffordshire. I admit it is very close to the border with derbyshire and the bungalows could be in Derbyshire The difference are huge Taxes difference, support difference rates very different. Otherwise like your reviews,
Hi Craig, the thumbnail is the CGI photo of the development. It was the only external image the selling agent had at the time and we forgot to take our own photo
"Nice! house. For "that" price etc..........would i "want" neighbours etc SO close????????????????? NO WAY.............blank sheet/no work needed sounds great....but........neighbours just not so close maybe............................
In America their houses are made out of wood I would defo prefer brick than wood they might not look nice but atleast our houses are strong and you can paint them
As a wheelchair user one of my biggest 'random things that wind me up' is when I look for a bungalow and it's got two floors, that's not a bungalow..
It's great that they are reading feedback and really listening and adapting. Saw all the rooms in detail full views a lot more enjoyable to watch. Thank you
Thanks Rosie, always trying to improve the videos for you guys!
“Older demographic”…. M-fer that’s my kitchen! I’m 38 😂😂
😂😂😂😂😂why is this comment hilarious
I like 2nd kitchen
Thats better, nice to hear you mention where this property is situated in the Uk.... More info the better Yeh.

I absolutely love this bungalow and then realised its just down the road from me. Manifesting i'll move here one day 💕
I love 💕 those sliding open doors in the kitchen. It seems to be the latest fashion for kitchens
Since when does a bungalow have up a upstairs 🤭
Dorma bungalows.
If it had a second floor it would not be a bungalow. But note that the upstairs is actually in the roof area. Semantics, I know!
Exactly! The very definition of a bungalow is a single storey dwelling. If it has a flight of stairs to access living space then it isn't a bungalow.
this literally looks exactly like the house I’m moving too lmao
I love watching your videos! Thank you for all the content you're doing!

Wouldn't say luxurious just a nice modern bungalow.
A very nice 👍 Bungalow with a very nice design and style
I think these homes are incredible value for money and super spacious! At first glance you would’ve thought it’s a lot more expensive.
Especially for Bungalow's as they are hardly built anymore
Matt & Summer I thought that was the case but I didn’t want to be wrong haha! 💯🙌🏼
Imagine what you can get for that budget in London 😂😂😂 you'll be lucky to have enough garden space for a toddler
Please would you help me get a laptop

I love the second property.
I like 2nd kitchen more
Love this house! Was so happy to see you guys pop up in my subscription box again!
Aw thankyou Marissa! Glad you liked the house 🏡
Love the both of them well finished off 👍👍
Glad you liked them!
Half a mil for a house that you cant even fit a decent dining table or decent size bed in a number of the rooms. People are crazy to pay this money.
Most of these houses are priced so high because of the area rather than the actual property. Crazy isn't it! I guess that's why so many people choose to live on the outskirts and commute in.
Come see what you get in London for that price, new buildings speaking.

Thanks for your feedback 👍🏽
The first one has actually 3 bedrooms and 3 en suite baths plus half bath.
Another brilliant video guys but found the music a bit distracting, especially when you're talking
Thanks for the feedback will bear this in mind for future edits!
Yes I agree 👍. Slightly too loud 😉
The upstairs room in the 1st property is crying out for a velux window and an en-suite then it would be a perfect home
I think that room is there as a loft as the home doesn't have a loft.
When can I move in
Lovely house 😍
Glad you liked it 🙌🏽
Love your vids 🤩🤩
Thank you!
Where do you park your car
That master bedroom is Tiny 😂
Looks like a kitchen in a garage. Who are the architects on these homes?
Amazing
If it has an upstairs then it isn't a bungalow.
It's known here as a Chalet Bungalow
Also known as a dorma bungalow.
very nice houses
This is an abomination! Why don't you guys have more subscribers?! Your doing great things. I think I loved the kitchen more.❤️
Thank you! appreciate that
Now they have 235,000
love both of you.....#uk #love
Dormer bungalows and safe, solid and, therefore, saleable. Developers' premium is the only way tp explain the price tag.
Burton upon trent is in Staffordshire not Derbyshire
First time watching u
Welcome hope you enjoy the channel!
Very expensive considering it’s Burton
If only we could afford this.....give us1 more year XD
You'll get there for sure! 🙌🏼
@abigail hewitt Study well and start a business :)

Sure if you contact rebecca@walkerdoble.com and tell her we sent you she will have all the info for you
I prefer second property
Love it but a bit pricey!
The smaller one has ‘zero room’ for storage 😱😱😱😱 do they not think older people have a lifetime of ‘stuff’ they need to house - that bungalow is really small
I thought bungalows dont have upstaies
I prefer wood floors.
Nice
can i build a swiming pool into?
Stop frigging saying YEAH😂😂😂
