But honestly this song when it was on soundcloud, the only app that my parental block bricked phone had, made me smile. It was catchy and it had a message at the end I could really feel, although a lot different than Tom's perspective, the lyrics were really important to me. I remember when "It's muffin time" came out. The content just resonated with me since I knew what happened through the many years I've been following you and the others. I felt sad knowing that the end was close, but also glad you could get this message out for people to get : the exhaustion, the disconnect, things rapidly changing around you... But when the song went viral on TikTok etc, I felt disgusted. People were turning this song into a funny meme song and turning it into cringe compilations, completely stripping it out of the message that it carried. I was angry. But look at that, with all the memes sparking out of nowhere, the interest suddenly came back and allowed you to expand, create and do even more than a random dude telling people about the real meaning and message behind the song would ever do. I've been a fool all along, and I'm glad to have been one. The internet is a wonderful place, and I'm very glad you're still around.
Not sure if any one will see this but neat little update, the muffin song I believe has gone platinum with over 130 million 'sales' (over 200 million streams). I just think that this is super neat and love seeing Tom grow such success since he has more then earned it through his over a decade of hard work.
I loved the Muffin so much, and it was nice being able to relate to a character in one's darker times. I'm better now and still comes back for it ever so often.
My son had just turned 1 when the muffin song came out. I was hooked (been a fan for years) so I was listening to it in the kitchen while making dinner. Suddenly, my wife says, "Turn around!" and my son is dancing and laughing in the dining room. He's bobbing up and down and having the time of his life! One of his first words was 'Muffin' and even now he still loves it. Kinda feel like a bad dad occasionally... but he has no idea and it's so cute :P

God, I still can't believe that like 10 years ago or something (2009 I think?) I randomly decided to type "ASDF" on my keyboard cause I thought I was being so funny typing that into YT. Only to find the first (and only at the time) ASDDF movie and my friend and I laughing so hard we had to share the video with friends. Now here I am, Married with a house and a dog but still a long time fan. I think I may have watched everything you have posted to this day and just want to say thank you for all the fun over the years.
In my personal opinion, the 2018 muffin song is the magnum opus of all of the Tomska songs. It just sounds so good, its one of those kinds of things that don't get old, even after hundreds of thousands of replays.

My mom did that to me, too. When I tried to unalive myself, she screamed at me and accused me of attention-seeking. She asked me "how many more times I was planning on doing this to [my family]", and she told me I was a problem. When my high school counselor told her that I should be taken to a psychiatrist, she almost refused. When I was professionally diagnosed with clinical depression and prescribed antidepressants, she threw them at me and said "here are your happy pills. I hope you're happy now", then slammed my bedroom door and started a trend of ignoring me whenever I did something to piss her off. The longest running streak of her ignoring me was 2 months (she basically didn't interact with me and pretended I didn't exist). I still don't ask for help with anything anymore because I am afraid of people thinking I am asking for attention. And, no, to answer her question: I certainly wasn't happy.

I remember being at a really dark place in my life when this song came out. I wasn't part of the tik tok trend as I too am incredibly easily distracted. But honestly this song when it was on soundcloud, the only app that my parental block bricked phone had, made me smile. It was catchy and it had a message at the end I could really feel, although a lot different than Tom's perspective, the lyrics were really important to me.

I remember when the song 1st came out. Everyone was worried about you. We wanted to show our love and support. Happy that your doing better and going stronger than ever.
I remember when "It's muffin time" came out. The content just resonated with me since I knew what happened through the many years I've been following you and the others. I felt sad knowing that the end was close, but also glad you could get this message out for people to get : the exhaustion, the disconnect, things rapidly changing around you...
But when the song went viral on TikTok etc, I felt disgusted.
People were turning this song into a funny meme song and turning it into cringe compilations, completely stripping it out of the message that it carried.
I was angry.
But look at that, with all the memes sparking out of nowhere, the interest suddenly came back and allowed you to expand, create and do even more than a random dude telling people about the real meaning and message behind the song would ever do.
I've been a fool all along, and I'm glad to have been one.
The internet is a wonderful place, and I'm very glad you're still around.

Not sure if any one will see this but neat little update, the muffin song I believe has gone platinum with over 130 million 'sales' (over 200 million streams). I just think that this is super neat and love seeing Tom grow such success since he has more then earned it through his over a decade of hard work.
I'm really not sad content's over, because Tom's humour is always with us

My son had just turned 1 when the muffin song came out. I was hooked (been a fan for years) so I was listening to it in the kitchen while making dinner. Suddenly, my wife says, "Turn around!" and my son is dancing and laughing in the dining room. He's bobbing up and down and having the time of his life! One of his first words was 'Muffin' and even now he still loves it.
Kinda feel like a bad dad occasionally... but he has no idea and it's so cute :P
Who knew the TomSka outro song from 2016-2017 was actually the unused Muffin Song (anyways please release the full versions of them they were bangers)

Honestly tom, thats why im scared to sleep at night. The constant thoughts of suicides, i dont want them but i dont see myself in a good way. My cope though is playing games like mc and letting myself make things that others can appreciate.

God, I still can't believe that like 10 years ago or something (2009 I think?) I randomly decided to type "ASDF" on my keyboard cause I thought I was being so funny typing that into YT. Only to find the first (and only at the time) ASDDF movie and my friend and I laughing so hard we had to share the video with friends. Now here I am, Married with a house and a dog but still a long time fan. I think I may have watched everything you have posted to this day and just want to say thank you for all the fun over the years.
In my personal opinion, the 2018 muffin song is the magnum opus of all of the Tomska songs. It just sounds so good, its one of those kinds of things that don't get old, even after hundreds of thousands of replays.

My mom did that to me, too. When I tried to unalive myself, she screamed at me and accused me of attention-seeking. She asked me "how many more times I was planning on doing this to [my family]", and she told me I was a problem. When my high school counselor told her that I should be taken to a psychiatrist, she almost refused. When I was professionally diagnosed with clinical depression and prescribed antidepressants, she threw them at me and said "here are your happy pills. I hope you're happy now", then slammed my bedroom door and started a trend of ignoring me whenever I did something to piss her off. The longest running streak of her ignoring me was 2 months (she basically didn't interact with me and pretended I didn't exist). I still don't ask for help with anything anymore because I am afraid of people thinking I am asking for attention. And, no, to answer her question: I certainly wasn't happy.
