Only con of this weapon using M4 mag Wall magazine option like quick mag/light/fast doesnt give you mobility. Like MW2019 M249
You also loses ammo too that point just use normal 100 mag and just hid when you need reload

I would either use muzzle booster or rapid fire. Optic reflex, quick magazine, rear grip quick draw, lightweight stock. Thank me later
