Plus they also have to pay for travel expenses and depending on how many family members they bring that could be kinda pricey.

@Brody Davis Your math is wrong. She got 18 points for saying seven. If five had 19 points, she would have ended up with 184 points, 1 more than what she has because 19 is 1 more than 18. Five would have to be 35+ points (200 - 183 + 18) for her to get 200 on her own. Just curious as to whether it was possible for her to solo it. =)

i miss the days of Ray Combs and Richard Dawson hosting.The current version has become raunchy.Getting 183 by the first person wasn't uncommon then. When Ray Combs hosted, if the first person hit 200 or higher, he would ask the second person a bunch of silly questions to trick them from knowing the first person won fast money!
I always felt like if they had more answers left after hitting 200 points that you could go into a tier system and add on maybe $5,000 to the winnings for each level you reach - Like 220 points, 240.... etc. on top of which it gives the viewers a chances to see how many points their answers fetched. (Personally I feel like 20 grand isn’t that much, especially with splitting it up and the additional costs and deductions that are included with that - but if you’re going to stick with that 20k benchmark then at least give the contestants a chance to win even more. After all they are stressfully going through and answering each question.)

on a scale from 1 to 10 on the happy scale most people will sit at a 5..thats normal. very few people are at a 10, and that ok..its normal.. you even have some people at a 11 or 12 .. still ok.. normal. Then theres this family.. it just doesnt seem normal lol
