Desert Bighorn Sheep Hunt-Kaiparowits

Severe drought conditions, fewer sheep numbers due to many moving onto neighboring unit, and the heat make for a tough once in a lifetime sheep hunt. We work hard over the course of several days to find a shooter ram in an area that my uncle is able to hike into.

That old structure looks like maybe an old grainary, haven't seen one like that with the timbers, but looks too small to be a dwelling. Some incredible looking country down there, nice looking Ram for sure. Congrats!
