HOW TO GET 100,000 PESOS A MONTH FROM DIVIDENDS?
Dividends is passive income, dividends is cashflow. So it means that, as long as you hold this stocks and as long as their dividends are consistent and good you can get passive income and cashflow for life.
Since I made a video just yesterday about this topic, I will use the top 7 stocks that I used in that video.
SPC
GMA7
MER
TEL
GLO
AREIT
AP
The context is, we will buy all 7 and get the dividends from all of this and we won’t sell our positions. So should you want to sell later on there’s a possibility that you get to also sell it for a higher price.
That being said though, there will be a lot of assumptions in this video.
1. I do not know when you will retire, so the dividends are based on today’s price so it may be different by the time you retire
2.The companies that give out good dividends by the time you retire may be different so you do not have to copy the stocks here but merely get the logic on how I buy
3.We will be using all 7 stocks to atlas give you good diversification as well since you will be relying on this fully for you’re retirement. I do advise though that when you are retired to also combine your cashflow with bonds and other fixed income instruments and if you could do rental income then better so you have a good mix of cashflow..
So let’s go let’s get into this! How do you get 100,000 Pesos a month from dividends alone!
So first things first, this is the table of the dividend payout of these 7 companies on a monthly basis. As you can see, there are months that are blank and no company is giving out any dividends
Since you cannot get 100,000 Pesos a month purely from dividends, what will do is atlas you get 300,000 per quarter so that takes care of your 100,000 Pesos a month target.
So for that to happen here are the number of shares that you need to buy:
SPC - 250,000 shares
GMA7 - 120,000 shares
MER - 12,000 shares
TEL - 1,900 Shares
GLO - 5,500 Shares
AREIT - 130,000
AP - 22,000 Shares
So this means that you would get this amount of money per month
So the question now is, how much do you need to spend for that to happen?
Another scenario is what if you just place everything in SPC - just a heads up SPC does not have as much liquidity and it would give you more risk if you are place everything here should SPC go down it will hit you massively.
This is how it would look like:
SPC Dividends = 1.1 Pesos
Number of Shares Needed = 1,200,000 shares
Total Income from dividends = 1,320,000 Pesos
Total cost to buy 1,200,000 shares at an 8.42 Peso stock price
10,104,000 Pesos
So the higher the yield the better but again it would still be prudent if you diversify or you buy the same stocks and you just buy them when the drop massively lower and you get a lot so your yields will be higher.
So its either 10 Million Pesos or 24 Million Pesos at its current state.
The lesson here is you need volume to make your base bigger, that’s why when you make money you do not take it out. You pound it back in. You build wealth upon wealth and you just pile it until it hits your goal.

I tried this for almost 3 years but some companies specially today's pandemic reduced the dividends and some are delayed or canceled. It's never a fix investment you need to keep moving and keep diversifying... all of these people trying to guide you at the end of the day they don't care about you. Keep learning, guard yourself and most specially you need to practice the art of contentment ;)

That is very true. Only if the market is bullish and if not and you need to exit from your position, you may loose a lot of money.
I wonder why he didn't respond to this. This is very true. Dividends are not guaranteed every month. Companies,no matter how long and reputable they are, can lower down their dividends or worst not give dividends at all.
He's not saying this is the only way to make money. It's just a suggestion. If you prefer, do active trading or invest in other things. You don't have to deal with dividend stocks if you don't want to.
@@shadidsidri5476 And I'm just trying to warn anyone who will try this strategy. Anyone who will commit to this strategy should carefully check and embrace the risk. Imagine someone trying this using their hard-earned money and losing it... Overtime as you get older, priority changes you will need to re-allocate funds to your priorities. To cover the risk you will probably need x2 of the proposed amount diversifying them to other investments not just stocks.

Sept 23 div yield: Based on annual dividend yield then average into 12 months you can have PhP100k per month on average if you have around PhP 19 Million: SPC = (10%+); PhP 4M ; GMA+MER +TEL = (5%+) PHP 9M ; AND GLO, AREIT AND AP = (4%) PHP 6M.

There's no free lunch in the market. Also consider the price changes during ex right dates and on your holding run. Dividend play is really good on bull market.
