These classic episodes are just a reminder that the Wayans family are one of the most talented family to ever get their own series. Them doing this opening in the first season.. making fun of how all families have "that one sibling that borrows and never asks"... classic!! Also.. The *_Mitzvah Train_* bit... STILL ROTFLOL funny!
Oh My GOD. I may be guilty of looking back into my childhood with giant rose-tinted glasses on, but THIS SHOW was and still is such an amazing gift to the world. A brilliant and genius sketch comedy show that made absolute STARS out its cast. And not only that, but the fact that it was propelled by several family members…and they’re ALL insatiably funny, beautiful and bing worthy?! It’s only a shame that more cast/dancers didn’t achieve the similar success as the Wayan’s brothers, James (Jim) Carrey, and Jennifer Lopez. Rafael, thank you brother!!
This show is up there with The Carol BURNETT show , yet SNL is STILL ON & IN LIVING COLOR is not?!!! I smell politics!!! THANK YOU KEENAN IVORY WAYANS FOR ALL THE LAUGHS! GOD BLESS
Wow ! That was a good Richard Pryor !...I was surprised !..the look, the voice...if he developed it, Damon would definitely be my only choice to play him.
13:38 - I was binging these a couple of years ago late at night and I had off the next day. I was baked out of my mind on edibles, and this part came on, and I had THEE laugh attack of my life. I remembered how big that sketch was in my house when I was a kid. But just to see it there at random as an adult now that I know what all the words actually mean, PLUS being high, I nearly pissed myself. I thought I was going to pass out.
Man, lolololmao They cant get away with this shit anymore! I was 7 years old when this came out im 40 now. Never caught the inside jokes i didnt understand which still stands to this day! Kudos for the uploads i cant find ILC anywhere else. (Unless i use torrents 🤗)
19:00 I don't know why that Richard Pryor bit is so f'ing funny to me right now lmao I love watching stuff like this after so many years because you see it again through adult eyes, and its almost like seeing it for the first time again. As a kid, I was like maybe 7- so im sure like all kids of my generation, we found it funny for the physical comedy and pop culture references... and then you see it as an adult and have context of Richard Pryor and his mannerisms, and it just becomes funnier for so many other reasons.
I dont know why the Wayans bros dont bring this back.. In living Color was the probably the best sketch comedy show of its time, out doing SNL, Tracy Ulman, Red Green, and Ben Stiller.. Its only true Rival might be Kids in the Hall,, still Kids in the Hall came back, bring back In Living Color, reunite The original Cast...
Ah, at the 19:44 mark, you can tell why it's a DVD version of this episode, the DVD version has the Season 5 Tekneek and Bosco music, the actual music in this one was Queen Latifah - Dance 4 Me.
Was expecting Kim to come out next. "Do you have my... You know what, you can keep on what you have of mine!" Lmao 😂😂😂 Plus, Marlon coming out..."but I'm the baby of the family!"😂😂😂 I never got to watch this as a kid. Very overprotective, religious family. I missed out on a lot in the 90s.
Awesome deep message in that Mitzvah Train😢😢😮%q❤🚂🚢🚂⛵ skit unfortunately it'll go over a lot of people's head not everyone will get it and that's the bas part because the Lord said my people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge

I wonder if this was the first time Jim Carry said “Alrighty Then” on screen…
I thought it was in Ace Ventura first😂
He said it as Chuck on the Mike Tyson Love Connection skit in the first episode
BTW, is/has anyone downloaded the TV recorded versions of ILC including this episode? BTW, this episode was rerun on December 17, 1992.
