The hardest part about this, is that with so MANY different laws and regulation per state, I received this information from teeth whitening manufactures and wholesalers, they require a dental license to use any percentages higher than 16% hp or 44% cp, that's a law they are required to adhere to, I use that across the board, however you can get higher without a degree from out of country wholesalers, or wholesalers her in the US that purchase from out of country suppliers. Its really scary.
What percentage should we use?
By law, we are not allowed to use anything over 16% HP only or 44% CP only.

Can you provide the link that states we can do teeth whitening if not licensed aslong as it falls under the safe percentage?

What if you are a dental assistant and have a coronal polish and sealant certificate
Still cannot physically apply any cosmetic whitening products like hydride peroxide to a client without supervision of a physician
@@ImpressiveGlow gotcha so you set client, client applies, then we set with light to activate? I’m in IL this state has the craziest restrictions
