It's close to paragliding. It's not the regular kites you see with twin-tips boards. It's foil kite: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foil_kite They can ride on low wind with foil when regular kite riders are stuck on the beach ,because they need more wind power.
I am a kiter and I think this is reckless (ie ) gives kiters a bad reputation if things go south, so I gave it a thumbs down, although he does have alot of BALLS.....( still dont care for it tho)
