@lifeinbozemanmt we do... Yellowstone Club makes every visit as nice as can be. I love fishing there (and Simms) and Murdochs has all the gear and supplies we need for adventuring. Not a skier anymore, so I stay in NC in the winter months.

Indeed! It’s a very small town outside Bozeman. So the market is similar to - but actually lower than - Bozeman as well. My next video is a pros and cons and I discuss it a bit more (will be published in the next day or so). But one big statistic about Manhattan is that 60% of current residential listings have an acre or more of land! So you’re getting more for that $.

@@Ariapeithes_ Montana state university is based in Bozeman, University of Montana is in Missoula. In Bozeman apartments for rent are going for 1000/bedroom per month at least, in the bozeman area. Condos for sale go for 400k+ typically. I’d be happy to help however I can - feel free to reach out!
