Fantastic video. Lots of useful information. Love seeing what it looks like there. The steak looks 😋 delicious! Thanks for showing location on the maps. Close to Yellowstone. Love Run The Atlas!❤
I used to like going to Bozeman on a weekend, but the last few years it's way to crowded and the feel of it has changed. It doesn't feel like Montana anymore! And the Bozeman airport is the busiest in the state!
I like Bozeman a lot. The Rockies museum has such an interesting collection, lots of different Triceratops skulls for instance. And Yellowstone pretty close of course.
Airline information is a little out of date. Bozeman has direct flights from: Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Burbank, LAX, Santa Ana, San Diego, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Salt Lake, Denver, San Antonio, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte, Chicago, DC, New York, Minneapolis and Boston (some are seasonal).
70s an 80s were fantastic great collage town then all the transplants came in they ruined Missoula, kalispell, Bozeman, now their invading helena, had a lot of collage friends in boze, the last 5 years they all moved out
Quick note that the hostility mentioned towards "outsiders" doesn't exist _in_ Bozeman. It's a feature of the rural country beyond the suburbs and relates to rapid development and "liberal values" (non-white people) found by the folks living in those places when they run to Bozeman for Costco and Home Depot, not to tourists. There have been tourists coming to Bozeman since forever and much of the local economy depends on them.
Im calling BS.....Im a native Montanan....and moved to Bozeman in the 1960s.....that town no longer exists....new Bozeman is an easy to see tragedy unfolding .....and yes in Bozeman there is a strong feeling that tourism has become overwhelming....and as a traveler do not mistake our politeness and openness for welcome....
You forgot the most important thing: us locals have become total assholes to tourists and transplants because they've ruined our state. If you're driving a rental with California plates, write on your window with window chalk that you're not from California, because people will harass you. Also, the best thing to do when visiting Montana is to leave. Bozeman is my hometown. And we hate everyone. :)

You mean Boze-angeles?

Thank you!
9. Direct flights from ATL, chicago, milwaukee, SF and Seattle
Bozeman used to be a nice town, but now, it's only nice if you're super wealthy. If you don't have lots of $$ to blow, it's no fun.
Housing prices are on average higher than in Denver.
I live in bozeman 😂 #1 thing is to get outside but be careful, bring bear spray, and STAY AWAY AND DON'T FEED WILDLIFE
Yes! I could feel the presence of bears during our hike! It’s so eerie - it’s real wilderness out here in Montana.
4. I call it regional elitism. Sometimes, the resilience and determination of their fore fathers is all they can lean on

It’s the most overrated place that I ever lived. Liberal AF and not that pristine.
Thanks for sharing 🙏If you think this is liberating, I would love to know your thoughts on Missoula!
🙄
@@aranbuzzas8000Roll your eyes. You are part of the problem and one of the Liberals who moved there and ruined it!
