    He doesn't teach people to go through suffering so they can grow. Actually, he teaches about how to overcome ourselves and then those conditions that are making us suffering.

      Maybe it’s misinterpreted and really refers to "the painful" side of letting go to your old self.

    This is not true. Suffering is NOT necessary - however most people can’t seem to not due to core underlying beliefs…. Some religions teach that suffering is a virtue (Judaism, Christianity, Islam) These core beliefs have to be unlearned for you to grow without the need of sufferinfn

      If you have to face obstacles for your own development that you're not used to, then you have to go through suffering to start changing. At least untill it feels comfortable. It's how the brain works, it will fight against what you're trying to change even if it's for your own good.

    It’s a great talk, but it is artificial intelligence using Mr. Dispenza voice
    It’s well done. I just listen to Joe Dispenza for the last 10 years and this is not him.
    But good job with the computer
    His mannerisms are not in his speech
