That Wish Bus performance was highly anticipated but unfortunately was never posted. We don't know the reason. Maybe the record label knew what happened to "Rise up" that immediately overtook the views of the original. They did not allow the release of the video. That time, every Morissette video went viral. ❤

I think some of the others they blingered on are accomplished artists as well which makes sense at the wedding of a singer like Christian Bautista who has done a number of collaborations with Morissette.

One of the best Versions is from the Robertson place Galleria, of course the crowd goes nuts at the begining so the deep notes are hard to hear.

Hi Ryan and Cindy, the first performance was a livestream event in their studio. The wish bus performance was 1 of 3 she sang that day but Wish only released Shine, which i hope you can react to as there are many versions that included the 25th Anniversary( the original songwriter requested Mori to record it again). Fyi Mori was under the weather and i understand there was an earthquake before the performance. It was a celebrity wedding so there were plenty of singers and entertainers in attendance. Mori is actually grateful to Christian because he advised Mori to keep going when Mori was ready to give up on her singing and leave Manila to back home to Cebu. Your daughter has a voice the can be nurtured,keep up the great work guys.

The invitees to this wedding I believe are well known celebrities in the PH. At 18:07 that lady is one of Broadway’s greatest Lea Salonga (the original Miss Saigon, the original voice of Disney’s Mulan and Jasmine, etc.). The funny thing is halfway through she motioned to her assistant to get her in-ears while in the middle of singing and doesn’t miss a beat.

The Wish 107.5 performance was never uploaded officially. We fans just can watch it through fan-cam. We don't know the reason even some other Wish performance of hers follows the same situation (Pangarap Ko Ang Ibigan Ka, Undangon Ta Ni, etc.) But still! Morissette has that HALO😇 Btw, on the last video, some of the people that are watching are actually Philippine singers/musicians including Lea Salonga (the one who tries to sing along with Mori)
Regarding the copyright issue you brought up, i think that was also what happened to Morissette's Rise Up which was taken down which went viral. so fans were able to download the Wish Bus performance and uploaded in another music platform. and re uploaded again on Wish after the issue was rectified.❤

Mori is amazing as always. Love Lea Salonga, possibly the best technical singer in the world and the original Disney princesses, Mulan and Jasmine. Not sure Mulan was a princess. Lea is also one of Mori's idols. Please show some love to Ms. Salonga as well. She has crazy amount of performances her on YT. Oh and yes, she does know the lyrics.

Yes, you are correct, the performance on the Wish Bus was not released by Wish 107.5, certainly for copyright issues. I agree with you, we could almost imagine Beyonce saying, "There can be no one else that could sing my songs as good as or even better than me!". It's a good thing that there were fan cams that day, at least we are still able to watch that performance. Goes to prove also that the live performances inside the bus are being heard outside through the speakers. It was the 3rd Avenue band accompanying her, the same band for many of her live performances, like the Bruno Mars Evolution medley, etc. In the Christian-Kat wedding in 2018, those guests were mostly celebrities, singers, luminaries in the music industry. We saw Lea Salonga, another Filipino legend, the original Disney singing voice for Princess Jasmine and Mulan. So, all those around Mori were mostly her seniors, popular singers in their own rights, and it must have been nerve-wracking for her, but she did amazingly, that radiant smile ever-present, and it is heart-warming to see them clapping for her and appreciating her performance. 🥰
By the way, your daughter is also a good singer. You are really a musically-inclined and music-loving family. 🥰

That first one.....I feel is the best cover of Halo you'll find.....many think she lip-syncing in that one. I must agree Ryan , the WISH version, was never uploaded, due to copyright reasons but can be sure. She always does 2 or 3 songs for these WISH gigs . Christians bride is Kat, who was Morissette's personal manager for a year, when Mori witched agencies to NYMA....but that was a one year deal that ended just this past April. THat was the Original Jasmine from Aladdin, Lea Salonga ( one that you said, was singing and forgot the words)
When you react to Lea Salonga, I suggest "On My Own" from the 10th Anniverary concert of Les Miserables. Her performance of this is considered by many to be the best performance of this song ever.
