I made the trip up to Calhoun to see this GREAT show of gasser racing and to meet the guys running Mighty Mouse, a car I follow on twitter. I had a BLAST watching these drivers rowing gears down the track. The sites, sounds and smells were just awesome. If you get a chance to see a show in person DO IT, you won't regret it! It's truly like going back in time. GREAT JOB to everyone involved with the Southeast Gassers Association. A special THANK YOU to Alan and his Dad for making me feel like part of the Mighty Mouse crew and furnishing me a MUCH appreciated t-shirt.

As always, excellent coverage video of the SEGA race and great interview with Bogan Renfroe and Gene Cromer. They said well, it IS good to see so many racers from a time long ago still in the sport and to see many younger people building really cool, period correct cars and participating in the SEGA races. Every race we're seeing the sport of GASSERS rebuilding a following nd that is awesome! Hopefully your organization will inspire North East, Mid America, West Coast Gasser organizations to form and bring back gasser racing to folks in all parts of America. Thank YOU SEGA!!
Donald Fuller there were a few that were going to drag week... others we talked to (Japan for example) knew nothing of drag week. Regardless as to what drew them to the USA... the SEGA drew them to Paradise Dragstrip. Thanks for watching!
Anthony we P&G engines at random or if someone runs faster than we think they could legal. If a competitor questions the P&G he can protest for $350 and we will pull the head and measure the bore and stroke. If the racer is legal he gets the $350 if wrong the Protester keeps it and the racer in question will be disqualified. Believe it or not just like it was done in the 1960's except the $ is different LOL.
